We retained the services of Wardenclyffe Electrical based solely on the reviews, availability and ability. We required an immediate washer/dryer install as we were shifting location to create a basement suite within the new home purchase. Time was of the essence in order to have our application passed and begin work, we were pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service in relation to response time and meeting our own personal deadline. The team at Wardenclyffe, although busy with other jobs, found time to accommodate our request for the timeline required to get the job requested of them completed. The company owner even finished the job on his own while relieveing his staff just to ensure that it was completed in time for our phase 1 renovations to begin and avoid incurring additional costs. Already having assisted in saving us money he even reduced his initially agreed upon pricing as a “gift” for taking such a massive leap in our lives and becoming home owners. When you want a job done it is important to have trusted and skilled tradesmen, but more importantly is the character, respect and level of comfort knowing that your home is in safe hands. I cannot speak more highly enough about the level of customer service we received, we are in to our Phase 1 renovations and will be retaining Wardenclyffe for our Phase 2 electrical work for our new Home.
