I am very lucky to meet Jacky and his team who truly appreciates their clients and offers excellent customer service. They were referred by a friend of mine. Jacky called me right after I left them a message. He offered me an extremely reasonable quote for the new Lennox unit. They came to replace the old broken ac unit and installed the new Lennox in just two hours. I really appreciate the fast and high quality service. They were the best of all the companies I contacted before. Jacky and his team were really professional in helping me to choose the air conditioner unit and the installation. If you are looking for the best AC system, this is definitely the right company that you are looking for. Excellent and highly recommended!

Made an appointment for attic insulation , attic is about 1500 square feet guy should take about 1 hour to 1 and a half hours spraying insulation in attic . He spent 20 minutes did not speaking English very well ,wanted payment in cash. Also was 2 hour late for the appointment on a Saturday at 5 pm. Don't use this company .

We we’re looking for a company to install a new AC at our new home. We originally worked with another company, but we decided to give Canada Energy Solutions a call to get a quote. We we’re impressed with Archer who was knowledgeable and gave us honest suggestion and a good price. Within a day, the technicians were on site installing our AC! David was fantastic, super responsive and quick to help me out with my AC unit problem. They installed an AC unit for us about 5 years ago, last week I realized the AC couldn't turn on. I called David in Canada Energy Solutions, he patiently listens to all the details and guided me to diagnose the issue. Yesterday he came to my house to checked on the AC unit, finally he found out the old circuit breaker was malfunction. He also checked every part of the current circuit in my house to make sure all parts were running smoothly. He got our ac back up and running amazingly quickly. Thank you so much.

Called Canada Energy Solutions few weeks ago to replace my 12 yrs old furnace. Archer offered a good quote for that, he knew all the specs of different furnaces and gave us some good installation options. From the initial estimate to installation, the process went smoothly. The technicians all wore mask, they even cleaned up the workspace after job done. I would recommend them to my friends.

Our experience with this company has been incredible. They have wonderful, responsible staff who are really willing to help me with my AC problem. My AC unit keeps turning on even the temperature dropped to about 15c. David came and checked my AC last month, diagnosed the problem, eventually it was the malfunction issue of 8 yrs old thermostat, David helped to replace a new smart thermostat for me, fixed the problem within an hour. Now I can control my room temperature on my phone, what a great job! Thank you David.

November 3, 2020 was a scheduled maintenance and installation of 2 surge arresters on each unit of our office and warehouse. Jacky and David did a very professional job, they were wearing mask n gloves to protect me. Thank you Jacky for a job well done. Everything was explained clearly and well. Canada energy solutions is the best first-rate. All the workers and people came into contact with are knowledgeable and very courteous. Jacky has been here twice now for the scheduled maintenance for our office furnace and AC system, and their technician came back to follow up the rest of the works. It was my bad not remember all the names of the technicians who put in the Monster System for our warehouse. The whole AC system and furnace are complicated and the work took 3 days, Friday to Sunday. The new Lennox units are top notch, and so super efficient. Jacky helped to install a wifi thermostat which allow us adjust the office room temperature on the phone, very impressive. Look forward to seeing you guys again in the next maintenance.

I tried to get someone to come over and give me an estimate to fix my attic insulation last month, but most businesses were busy or no one answered the phone. Until I reached Canada Energy Solutions, Jacky told me that they had their technician near me, so they made an appointment for me. Took a few hours to complete as they totally cleaned up the old insulation in my attic then put the new insulation on. The service they provided was very professional.

Their technicians came on time on last Saturday morning to install a new furnace. The work was carried out transparently, from the estimate to the installation. A few months later, we rang them and said that we thought we needed more vents in the family room, which they happily came and installed. I have recommended them to many people. I use them for maintenance and they're great at that too. You couldn't find a better business.

Last month, they replaced our 10 yrs old furnace and installed a beautiful, modern and much more efficient system which providing great heat, the noise level has dropped significantly. They charged a reasonable price and provided great value in terms of product and follow up service. They came and went quickly, everyone wore mask and we are very happy with their installation service. Thanks Archer!!
