    Renovated Basement and Main Floor

    Rami, Eric and his team did a great job! The have proper plumber, electrician, hvac and other trades on their team! The work was completed on schedule and the team goes out of their way to deliver exceptional customer service. They are very responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced and deliver beautiful results. We've done several projects together and I would hire them again. Thanks again for your hard work!

    Efficient, Communicative and Great Work

    We signed on with Koncept after our first contractor took over 2.5 months for a tiny bathroom. Koncept came in to finish our project of 2 more bathrooms, laundry room, re-flooring, tiling entry ways and shelving. They were here daily, communicative, on budget, and completed the project on time and beautifully. They were a pleasure to work with and all their trades people were highly skilled.

    small kitchen and bath reno

    I feel like I hit the jackpot with Koncept... This was my first reno and I was prepared for the worst after hearing reno horror stories from friends and family. Koncept came in on time and on budget. They always answered my calls and made themselves available, not to mention just being an all around great group of guys!

    Office Renovation

    I've known Rami for years and when he started Koncept, I recommended him to my boss for an office renovation. Koncept Building were very good at listening to the ideas to make each room more functional for the staff. Rami provided tremendous insights on the renovation and the finish product looks unbelievable. I still get thanks from my boss for recommending the entire Koncept Building Team. Thank you for transforming our office and making me look good.

    Patio Remodel

    Greg was amazing to deal with! He not only connected us with the best Landscaping company but gave up his margin for us to deal directly with his contact so we can save some cost. Very rare in a contracting business that you come across with such caring individuals. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to do business with him!

    Condo Renovation

    Rami and his team were amazing from beginning to end of this project. They are totally professional and their attention to detail was simply on another level. Rami also went out of his way to save costs where he was able to and consistently delivered the same quality work and service throughout. I was so impressed with their work that I am planning to use their service again for 2 additional projects this coming spring. Koncept Building Group will be building a new home 4000 sq ft for me this spring and doing another renovation as well. Thank you Koncept Building Group I look forward to working with Rami and his team again.

    New bathroom & laundry room reno

    I had a bathroom on the third floor of my house converted to a bathroom. All new plumbing, a new vent and specific design ideas in mind. I am so happy with the final results. The bathroom not only looks amazing but everything went smoothly. I had put off the project in the past partly because I'd always heard renovations are such a nightmare, but I was very pleased with everything from start to finish, and now I have a bathroom and laundry room that I love.

    Stunning master bathroom renovation

    We are thrilled with the quality and professional service we received from Rami, Eric and their entire team. What an incredible transformation. We now have a stunning spa like bathroom - with lots of storage in the vanity, wall to glass shower and beautiful and comfortable stand alone bathtub. Rami and Eric were amazing !! They were always available to discuss timing of the project. They are now doing a complete renovation on our entire main floor - stay tune for incredible pictures. We highly recommend Koncept for all your needs- they do it all - big or small. You will not be disappointed.

    Toilet valve replacement

    I had a toilet that was not working and flushing properly. I called Koncept Buikfing Group and were thrilled with them. They came on a Saturday morning and took care of the problem instantly. Sal was so very professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend highly to call on Koncept Building Group for all your needs. A job well done!!!!

    Condo bathroom renovation

    I spoke with all three of the main contractors, but I worked with Eric for my condo bathroom renovation. It was my first renovation experience of any kind and he made it so easy! There were some small hiccups due to my measurement errors, but the team dealt with it in such a smooth manner. My 20 year old outdated bathroom now feels like a modern spa. The tiling job was outstanding and my bathroom now feels so spacious.
