Our garage door would not open. I called and left a message. I got a text message immediately and sent Steve pictures and a video. He said it sounded like the chain became disengaged and told me what to do. It worked. No charge. This company is terrific. Thank you so very much.

I called Steve about the problem I was having with my garage door. I was impressed by how much time he spent on the phone with me trying to pinpoint the issue. He came out to my house a few hours later and fixed my garage door, and I cannot express enough how very pleased I was with his service. He did a thorough and meticulous job. He asked us to text our address and pictures of the broken garage situation and told us he had a family function to go to but would do his best. He arrived on his Saturday night and was done within 30 minutes with our garage door perfect! He is experienced, fast & personable- and he saved us from waiting all weekend with an open garage door, which could have led to trouble. He was worth every penny!

Steve, the service technician who came to my home and fixed my garage, is an awesome man! He was honest, proficient, and timely in his assessment and successful fixing my garage. I had been quoted twice for the price of a new door. I knew I didn't need a door. I just needed the spring addressed. Steve explained just that as well as replacing the wheels in the track and some other part I'm not familiar with. So glad He came. He saved me $800! My garage works better now than it did initially! I’m not leaving reviews for different companies, but in this case, my experience was so positive that I felt compelled to leave a review today. First, my experience started with Steve. I found that he was friendly, open, honest, and ultra responsive. He helped me to secure an appointment quickly and answered all of my questions. Guy was assigned to our job, and he did an incredible job for us. First, he arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He quickly assesses our existing equipment. He proceeded to install two new garage door opener’s for us and replaced all of the rollers and pulleys so that our system is like brand new. He took the time to answer all of our questions and provided lots of friendly advice on the way to maintain our garage door and openers. I can’t imagine going to anyone else for our future garage door needs. I would highly recommend Mega Garage Door Repair.

Scheduling is prompt, even on weekends, and within a smaller window than typical services. The technician was very professional, repaired the damaged garage door, and made adjustments to my existing tracks that were not related to the fee charged, or service needed. Also, secured weather stripping not associated with the job. Highly recommended. Reasonable service charge as well
