    Outstanding job!

    These folks are fabulous! Dina answered the phone on the second ring. I expected to have to wait several days for an appointment. I not only got an appointment for the same day, but they came early and finished in half the time. The technician, Steve, was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. His work was done right the first time, and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Thanks, guys.

    Price, Professionalism and Perfection

    Within 20 minutes, Steve was on seen and within 1 hour had my Vehicle out and I made it to work on time. I will assure you that anyone who needs garage door work you won't be sorry. Excellent Job. Thank you, Steve, for working so fast and rescuing my day!

    The Best Company Ever

    I had issues getting my calls returned from the company that installed my doors - left a voicemail and online requests. I waited more than a week and gave up. I called Mega Garage Door and was pleasantly surprised that not only do they answer their phones (a good business practice), but they had someone available to go to my house right away. We weren't home but gave them the code to the garage. A beneficial man named Steve assessed the situation, kept me up to date, confirmed that it was working, and rode off into the sunset. Very pleased with the service rendered. My garage door company of the future is Mega Garage Door Repair.

    WOW

    Call them first! You won't be disappointed. Our garage door was sticking and wouldn't go down, and we didn't know why. We called and Steve set us up the next day. Steve called that night to let me know when he would be by. It was snowing the following day, so he called that day to let me know he was running late. He came to our house after having already been on 8 calls that day! He was so fast and helpful. It turns out, all we needed was a chain greased because it was so cold. Thank you!!!

    Appointment on the same day

    The guy on the phone was above amazing Guy & Steve i believe were there names they where above great they where a lil late they got held up at there the last job. They were swift. They knew what they were doing. He made sure everything else was right. He went above and beyond. they also came the same day I called, which is very rear I will only use them for future problems

    Professional team

    Mega Garage Door was professional, prompt, and eager to do the job. They quoted a price in the morning, and by 1 pm they were repairing our damaged garage. Very happy with their service, professionalism, and would highly recommend to anyone in need of such a service.

    Emergency Service

    A spring on my garage door broke about two weeks ago. I called several companies and Mega Garage Door was by far the friendliest. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable and they didn't even charge extra for emergency service. I called them again because my garage door wouldn't stay closed. They came out first thing this morning. It turns out it was a simple adjustment and it was fixed with no charge.

    Excellent customer service

    I called two other companies before calling Mega. The other companies couldn't come out for a week and said it might take them more than one trip to finish because they don't carry all parts on their trucks. Mega not only came out the next day but had everything needed in their car and fixed our broken spring in less than 30 minutes.

    Very friendly

    Mega Garage Door Repair is a company that cares about customer service. I called in the morning and they were at my home by noon to fix my garage door opener. Awesome service! Very friendly! Efficient at getting it done!

    Fast and Efficient

    Excellent Fast and Efficient, literally took like 30 minutes to replace two springs. Best Warranty around with a 10-year warranty on the springs. I couldn't be happier. Same day service as well. I would use Mega Garage Door again when I need a quick quality service.
