I hired Clear Cut recently to provide a much needed boost to my home that had not seen improvements for quite some time. Matt, the Owner, showed up and provided hours of personal consultation service and recommendations. Very professional, courteous and he responded to messages instantly any time of day or night. His assistants painted my complete home in a beautiful white with glossy trim and sprayed doors. Everything was completed professionally. His team provided new sprayed doors for my 50 year old kitchen, making new replacements from a CNC machine that fit my original doors perfectly. He provided me with a new counter and backsplash which was installed seamlessly. Everything was completed professionally. Would recommend Matt for his professionalism, he will never let you down and takes your job personally as if it is his own.

Clear Cut Coatings did an amazing job of repainting our cabinets and kitchen & dining room walls. In less than 8hrs the rooms were transformed into amazing spaces, and the kitchen is like new! The entire process was clear, informative and we felt like we were in good hands with Matt, from picking the paint colour & finish to understanding the costs. The painting team were friendly, incredibly efficient and their skill is reflected in their work. We'll definitely use Clear Cut Coatings again for the rest of our home improvement projects.

Matt and his team were professional, friendly and a delight to deal with when painting our Kitchen cabinets. The quote from Matt came quickly and was competitive. He was great at answering my many questions and helped us decide on colours. He was knowledgeable and extremely quick to respond and scheduled us in within 2-3 days of booking. His team was very professional on-site and they did a great job at painting our kitchen cabinets. They also did a fantastic job taping and painting our ceiling. We love the new look and would hire Clear cut again in a heartbeat for any future painting needs. Would definitely recommend Matt and the Clear cut team! 10/10!

I wanted (more like needed) to repaint most of my home's interior, and so I came to Homestars to look for options. Clear Cut (Matt) was the first to respond, and the first to show up. He was polite, focused, professional, and impressive. Unlike some other contractors who I also considered, Matt was not fazed or intimidated by the scope of work. He actually seemed energized by the challenge, and he was very confident that he could get things done. His quote was also reasonable and competitive, which was all I was looking for. Matt also gave us some good advice on choosing colours. Throughout the project, Matt was polite, positive, easy to talk with, and very hard working -- and so was his great helper Jesus. There was no drop in effort or engagement from beginning to end. I also want to add that Matt didn't hit the pause button to jump over to other projects/gigs, which is something that I know some contractors do. I appreciate that most contractors are self-employed and need to earn revenue when they can because cash flow is unpredictable. But in my view, that is no excuse for abandoning a project at various points and turning something that should take 1 week, into something that ends up taking 1 month (or maybe longer). Matt didn't behave that way. He came all day, every day, until the job was done -- just as he promised. As for the results, we are very happy with the quality. Matt knows his craft. Even his taping competence is impressive and incomparably better than mine (I'm more of the "paint and pray" type). When things were done, we needed some small touch-ups taken care of -- which is typical of a project of this size -- and Matt was happy to take care of them right away. Overall, I highly recommend Clear Cut/Matt!

Matt was extremely professional and brought samples of his work to show me. He explained the process and didn't use high pressure sales. Matt and his crew came and worked efficiently. They were done in one day, and cleaned up after themselves . We are very pleased with the end result. The kitchen cupboards look fantastic!

We had Matt's team over to paint three bedrooms about two weeks ago. Here are the details that will help you decide: . He came with a team of 5-7 guys and they completed the job in one day. 9.30-5.30. Matt's entire team are thorough professionals. . One of the rooms had orange walls and I needed it painted white and they did what they needed to do to cover it completely...two coats of primer and 4 coats of white. That's a lot. I couldn't have done this job had I tried it myself...too exhausting. . He had viewed the rooms thru pictures initially and sent me a quote and stuck to it throughout the job. No surprises. . He also fixed up other little problematic areas in the rooms and walls and included it all in the cost. . One of the walls was navy and after drying, it looked like it needed another coat so two of the team members came the next day and put on another coat super fast and it was perfected. All within the same cost. . Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely hire them again. From the 4 places I had asked for a quote, his was best, that included moving of furniture in the rooms and putting it all back. Very smooth process. It was done in a very timely manner. His advice and recommendations were also completely on point about colors, coats, paint brands and what to paint and where it isn't needed. Very appreciated
