We had our bathroom renovated in March 2024. We went away for 2 weeks as that was the estimated time to complete. It took twice as long as predicted and they never tarped off any of our furniture or rooms. I had inches of dust everywhere. They installed the wrong tub. I only figured it out as my daughter was sending me pictures while I was away. They didn't measure right at all. I had to return the new washer/dryer combo that was purchased, and they had measurements for, because it didn't fit. In fact even the smaller one I bought doesn't really fit right. We just had our first really cold snap and our hot water in the shower/tub is not working....we think it could be frozen. I have waited well over a week to hear back from the company with no return calls. It's only been 9 months!!! To say we are not happy is an understatement. We have done home reno's before ourselves or with friends but wanted a stress free/worry free experience. This failed. Now I fear we will have to rip out the walls of our 37,000 bathroom to reinsulate what should have been done, what we PAID FOR!!

Just wrapped up a full house renovation with them, and I couldnt be happier! Every room feels brand new, and the attention to detail is impressive. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything looks absolutely stunning. The team was respectful, on time, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.
