    Front/Back Deck Transformation

    Errol and his team are absolutely wonderful! They did a beautiful job refinishing our two decks with new stain, railings and a privacy fence/gate. They were professional, friendly, meticulous and tidy and kept us informed of what was being done. We HIGHLY recommend Errol and we will definitely be hiring him again for our next project. Thanks Errol, Mike and Tre for making our home look so beautiful!

    Kitchen Renovation

    Errol and team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our kitchen renovation! We gutted our entire kitchen and required new cabinets/counters/electrical and plumbing to set up some new appliances. This was no small undertaking, especially given the age of the home. Errol was easy to reach, walked us through everything, and delivered earlier than the expected timeline!!! He took every question and concern of ours into account and really approached the renovation as if it was his own kitchen. We really appreciate the care, kindness and professionalism put into the job. Thank you Errol and team!

    Well done porch and parking pad!

    Errol was great to work with. He was the first person to come by with a quote and stayed available even with delays in getting a building permit. He offered a fair and competitive price, and kept to that budget. If there were any changes to be made, he was responsive with looking into the adjustments to the quote and was clear with options available. Errol and his team rebuilt our porch and parking pad to meet with the city's requirements. His team started on time, was very polite, and kept the area tidy at the end of each day. Errol himself would come by frequently to ensure the work was meeting his high standards. The building inspector complimented Errol's work and we were able to clear all inspections without any delays. I'd recommend Errol to friends. Thanks again for the great work!

    Fantastic work!

    Errol and his crew did an incredible job designing and building our back deck, backyard fencing, a shed, a new walkout entrance as well as installing siding, a new door and painting the exterior of the house. Not only was the finished product professionally done, Errol consistently came up with a several elegant design additions, like incorporating a personal gate to exit at the back into the larger, folding gate for car access as well as storage areas under the deck. Errol was responsive, worked quickly and efficiently and was very easy to work with. He took all of our feedback into account and was not satisfied until the work was completed to his exacting standards. We really appreciated his honest and work ethic throughout the project. I would highly recommend him!

    Fence Replacement Project

    Errol and his team replaced the fence between us and our neighbour. He was very attentive to our needs and produced great quality work, so much so that our neighbours have commented on how high quality our fence looked. Errol is very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to others looking for a contractor to do this type of work.

    Lovely, honest person. Top notch work and wide range of skills.

    Errol and his crew have completed various different projects for me because I continued to hire him back for more. His abilities are top notch without issue, and he would often go above and beyond to complete more than expected, work around others, or make sure we were happy with the work done and the price paid. Alongside his great work abilities and skill, Errol's positive, kind attitude is so appreciated. Especially in what seems to be an endless sea of sleazy contractors these days that really don't care. He knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

    repairing the stairs

    Because we live in an old Annex house, "repairing" is always an understatement. Errol and his team--including his wonderful son--rebuilt our front steps and porch. We knew, of course, that ours was a relatively small job. Errol was terrific. He rebuilt the stairs and though he had to work around heavy rain, repainted then. Perhaps the highest praise for Errol's work comes from my (engineer) husband, who said that the work was as good as he would have done it.

    Replacement of fence

    Errol picked up on the fact that the fence being replaced had special significance to us so offered to build the new fence in the same design. They did their work very carefully and were very pleasant to have working here. Neighbours have commented on how much they like the fence and also how friendly Errol and team were. I am very pleased with the work that Errol and his team did for us and would definitely recommend them.

    Front porch reno

    We had wanted to have new life breathed into our front porch area for a while. After a few frustrating encounters with contractors, Errol, Phil and the team were a Godsend, quite honestly. Professional, courteous and safe (masks on the entire time!), the finished product exceeded our expectations within the agreed timeframe and budget. We's give them 12 stars if we could!

    Kitchen Cabinets Refinish, Staircase Renovation, Wall Demolition/Removal

    Errol and his crew did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the final results. 1) staircase reno - this was a big job and the final results exceeded my expectations. Errol did an amazing job matching the new staircase paint to our new floors. Errol and his crew have a high attention to detail. 2) cupboard refinish - overall quality of the refinished cupboards was excellent. There were a few minor issues with finish on the paint on a couple cupboards but when we brought the issues to Errol's attention he fixed/attended to every one. Great job. 3) wall demolition - we removed 2 walls in our kitchen to open up the space. The demo was done in the middle of our Renos and Errol/his crew handled the wall removal quickly and with minimal mess. The walls around the area removed were repainted very well. Very professionally done and a fantastic end result. Errol was easy to work with, the job came in at the budget he quoted me. His crew are respectful and easy to work with. Along the way I asked Errol to handle other little jobs in the house and he did everything I requested. After my experience, I can recommend Errol with confidence. Errol - Thanks for your help in renovating our home, we are very happy with the final results.
