The two gentleman from Mas Air Home Comfort who came out were very knowledgeable and did a great job. Our furnace broke down after 14 years. We were without heat for a few days. Mas Air would have provided NEW heaters that actually worked, especially during COVID. Nonetheless, great job to the technician's.

The crew came on time on the appointment day. The crew came in with the supplies to keep my house clean. Finished the work and cleaned up. The inspection confirmed the good quality of the work.

when I tried to turn on my furnace it did not work and had no air out of vents. I called Mas Air Home. Shawn came to my home to inspect. Shawn was very nice and professional, who found out the issue of my furnace motor quickly. Beside he also evaluate all the HVAC in my house. Since my furnace, AC and water heater were all more than 15 years old. I decided it's a good time to get all done. Shawn patiently explain the government benefits I could get, and recommend the best products meeting my needs. Also he depicted how the work is gonna be. I happily singed the deal and 2 days later Shawn's team came to my house. The job was super clean and neat. The technicians were professional and proficient. All the products have worked well till now. I did find I paid less energy bills compare with previous years. Rebate cheque also came. Thanks Shawn and his team for the unforgettable experience

The old ac was almost 20 years and it was not cooling enough for my house. I called mas air for replacement，the installer is very professional. My family is happy now for new ac.

John was wonderful! He was very helpful and was able to inform me of my furnace/ air conditioning issues. He was very kind and friendly. He wore a mask which was very appreciated especially during these unfortunate times. John was also able to tell me the issues in regards to my heating and air conditioning units in a clear and concise way. Unfortunately, I am in need of a new unit because it is beyond repairs but I still very much appreciate all that john did to help. I would strongly recommend john for all future mas air home comfort needs. Thank you!!
