I had my Amana furnace installed with them, and the entire process was smooth. Shefik came in for the consultation the same day, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and closed the deal within an hour. Vahid and Jacob installed the unit within the given timeframe. Nadine, created an exception for me, and allowed me to pay the remaining balance after 2 days of the installation due to some issues on my end. Very helpful. Finally, I had some concerns, and the owner, Cyrus, personally called me to address them. It was the first time I received a call from a company's owner of any company to discuss concerns. All went smoothly. This shows they genuinely care about their customers. All the positive reviews are true. Able Air installed a heat pump and air exchanger system in our house one year ago. We had our first service check today. This will be completed annually to make sure the units and systems are working top notch. This insures efficiency and keeps our 12 year parts and labour guarantee up to date. Sam, the young serviceman, answered all our questions and checked the entire system. He explained all the steps and results in a very clear manner. I highly recommend Able Air to anyone thinking of upgrading or replacing their system.Answer from pro:

Based on online research and getting four reputable HVAC companies in for inspection and quotes, I chose Able Air for the installation of a Heat Pump, new gas furnace (as secondary backup), water heater, and water softener. The entire experience was professional and positive, from the initial consultation with Mike, to the installation technicians (Martin, Shahin, & Ehsan), and Nadine in the office. Everyone worked together to ensure everything was installed and configured the way I envisioned (fully communicating system to centrally control both temperature and humidity). They were great about accommodating a last minute change, when I decided to switch to an electric water heater from gas...and a special shoutout to Martin and his crew, they worked diligently to complete a two day job in one long day, to ensure I didn't go a night without heat. They were personable, knowledgeable, happy to answer all my questions, careful when moving tools & equipment, and cleaned up thoroughly when done. All told, Able Air did a fantastic job at a competitive price, I'll be contacting them for any future HVAC needs.Answer from pro:

The technicians were sensitive to our concerns, thorough, and courteous. They work efficiently, and made a point of asking questions before proceeding with the next phase of their installation. They came last evening to the aid of our broken furnace, furnace was beyond repair and close to 20 years old , managed to get us a new furnace installed the next day . The installation crew were knowledgeable and tidy . Thumbs up .Answer from pro:
