Bilal was prompt in his communication, showed up both for the estimate and for the work right on time and he did an awesome job making all the windows sparkling clean. He also helped replacing the net on the patio door. Recommended.

Adam cleaned out our gutters on our very high roof and was able to help in taking photos of the serial numbers on our skylights (since we couldn't get to them) - incase we needed warranty work on them). Unfortunatly h wasn't able to clean one side of our house due to the previous owners installing an aluminum gutter guard. Will have to get those removed in the future, to clean those gutters properly.

Adam also provided some helpful advice regarding my roof condition and how to preserve its lifespan. Adam was professional, practical, timely, helpful and very congenial. Our regular gutter cleaner decided it was too cold and slippery to come clean our gutters - he figured we'd have to wait till spring. Wasn't happy doing that so found Adam Window &Gutters who said he'd come and do it as soon as the weather turned favourable. He visited our home while it was still freezing and confirmed he'd come when it warmed up. Sure enough, it warmed up and he came as promised. Good communication, friendly service, highly recommended.
