    Garage Door Maintenance

    Volodymyr was professional and knew his stuff! Excellent service all around! He talked me through the repair and gave me some remote programming tips. I highly recommend!

    Locked out of my home due to a broken garage door torsion spring.

    I came home from work late Tuesday night and was unable to enter my home. I did not have my house keys with me as I normally enter through the garage door. I called Garage Door Ninja and Yuriy arrived fast and ready to help. Yuriy took the time to explain in detail the repairs that needed to be done, he took no shortcuts and did a very thorough job using the highest quality of parts and backed his work with a 5 year warranty. My torsion spring broke and he had one with him, he also replaced my cables free of charge. Garage Door Ninja isn't your average handy man, they specialize in garage door repairs and shine far above the competition. Yuriy takes great pride in his company and customer service and I would absolutely recommend Garage Door Ninja to anyone needing their garage door repaired! -Mike

    Excellent service

    Called later afternoon and get technician came at 9am next day. Mr. V***(forgot his name) is very professional. The rail was failing off from one side and he fixed everything for 175. He suggested to replace weeks which was causing lots of noisy even after he lubricant them. I get 20$ discount and get all 10 wheels replaced. Excellent communication skis and customer friendly. Most shops wont be coming fix this till next Monday but GD Ninja fixed all issue after few business hours (I called around 4pm and get service next day at 9am). Pretty happy about the service and l would like to thank the technician and the team! Thanks for the excellent service

    Torsion spring replacement/Garage Door service

    Was very impressed with Eugene from Garage Door Ninja come and replace my broken torsion spring. He was on time, finished in the time frame he stated and very courteous. He also found a few other minor issues but was a none pressure sale and just point out items of concern to keep an eye one. I would highly recommend them.

    Garage door fixed

    Garage door gave up the ghost as we are trying to sell our house. Found garage door Ninja on the web. Good workmanship.

    REPLACED TORSION SPRING AND CABLES.

    Called Yuri at 2pm and VOLODYMYR was at my house to replace the spring and cables for my liftmaster with 2 hours. I would give VOLODYMYR a 5 out of 5 , and I appreciate the speed and professionalism. He was willing to answer all my questions, and suggest things for me to keep an eye on. Thanks for the excellent service.

    The technician with Garage Door Ninja very quickly assessed the problem with my garage door and promptly repaired it. He was clearly very knowledgable about garage doors, I have every confidence in the company and would recommend it.

    Garage Door Torsion Spring Replacement

    Called Garage Door Ninja around 3:30 pm in the afternoon, Yuryi was onsite at my house by 6 pm. He was able to replace the springs and also made recommendation on what other parts also needed attention. He took the time to show me why those parts needed to be replaced and answered all my questions. I did end up replacing all the parts he recommended, which brought up the cost, but they were necessary. Yuryi's knowledge, customer service and company's warranty makes it easy for me to recommend Garage Door Ninja to anyone who is looking for a job well done.

    Garage Door

    I received a very prompt reply to my needs on the Sunday, of a long weekend which was impressive. The torsion spring needed to be replaced but Yuriy recommended some other work would be required, as the home is 35 years old. The door now sounds quiet and runs like new. I am confident with the excellent job done by Garage Door Ninja it will work properly for many years to come!!
