Best contractor experience weve ever had. Excellent workmanship and pricing. Reliableexpectations were always set and fulfilled. Definitely be working with in the future

It was a pleasure working with Romildo and his son Sam and supporting a local and family run business. The removal of the popcorn ceiling was done on time, efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Silva as a contractor for any taping and drywall service.

So happy we had Romildo and his son Sam, help us with our project. What started off with a drywall repairturned into a larger product. Removed popcorn ceiling and painting throughout our house. Best contractor experience Ive ever had. And theres been plenty. From the workmanship, and extremely competitive pricing, Romildo was candid, set expectations accordingly, and the attention to detail is outstanding. I would recommend Romildo to anyone, and well be calling him again for future projects. Even the cleanupwe planned on having our home professionally cleaned given all the dustbut Romildo and his team cleaned up immaculately. No need for cleaning service. Top notch! I can see why the home stars reviews are so high.

Silva taping and drywall made my kitchen reno run smooth and stress free! Very professional and friendly and the quality of work was great. Very easy to get a hold of, quick to come out to our house and the job was in no time at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone !

Romildo and team did a great job for my basement drywall and taping. They had the best price compared to others. Very professional, excellent communication and always on time. They did not leave any mess in the basement and I was very surprised that the drywall and sanding job was nearly dustfree. I was expecting lots of mess and dust. Romildo's son Samuel is a grest guy as well, he is highly professional. Overall I am extremely happy with the job and will definitely recommend them.

We have use Silva for three separate jobs now. First, they removed all of the popcorn ceilings from our home and left them well prepped to paint. They also did they frame and drywall for us for a new office in our basement and have done an array of small repairs to some cracking qnd drywall imperfections. Every time, they have communicated well, been very well priced, and have performed exceptional work. We would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

We hired Silva taping and drywall to replace a popcorn hallway ceiling which had water damage. Work was done promptly and expertly, great communication throughout the process, very pleased. It was a pleasure working with Romildo and his team, would highly recommend his services.

Great clean job fast no mess all work 100% on time comercial building .Has been doing work for 20 years for us start to finish no problems. Good price good work ..10 stars on all our jobs.

We hired Silva taping and drywall to skim coat our textured walls and ceilings in our entire (!) basement. We also had to have a few walls framed out to separate rooms and then have those drywalled. The final result was 10/10. I'm shocked at how smooth the walls are now. They look amazing. There are a few hiccups along the way, the job took a bit longer than expected but not a big deal as we weren't in a crazy hurry. Luckily my husband worked from home because they did come and go sometimes, would be there for the morning and then leave for the day or there for the afternoon only etc... so it might have taken a bit more effort to coordinate being home at the same time as them if that's your situation. I think my only negative was I wasn't 100% happy with the framing (and if I were to do it again I would probably just hire a framer.) BUT it ended up being fine and Romildo worked with me on it when I talked to him about things! There was a bit of a mess leftover at the end of the job. Gobs of drywall compound everywhere that we had to scrape off the concrete floor. I think because it was a basement space with an unfinished floor, it was treated a bit differently than if it had been in a finished area of the home, which is fine. Just took some time to clean the workspace up after. Garbage left that we took to the dump etc. I've never done a renovation, so I'm not sure what the norm is, as to what you're left with! The price for the entire job was very good also, very competitive. They definitely know what they're doing when it comes to drywall, mudding, taping, skim coating!! EXCELLENT finished result. See my pics. A huge plus also, was that there was very minimal dust even though basically entire basement was skim coated and sanded! Which was crazy and I was very pleased with that as well. I was expecting a big mess! They have all the professional equipment to do the job properly! If you have ugly texture on your walls they will fix it! I still can't believe how much better everything looks with smooth walls. It's amazing. Highly recommend getting it done if that's your situation. Also Romildo's "tile guy" that he suggested we use for our tub surround did an amazing job on the tiling as well! I was a bit nervous because you don't know! But it turned out really great also. Romildo was always very responsive and any issues I had were addressed right away. He and his son were very nice and did a great job. Would hire them again for anything drywall related! Very happy with our basement. It looks 100x better thanks to their hard work!

Romildo and his son Sam were very professional. They completed the job in a timely fashion. Work was exemplary.
