    Security camera and smart door lock

    Excellent service, very professional, polite and proactive! Will definitely use their service again. They really know what they are doing!

    Alarm, security cameras, and doorbell system

    This company provides outstanding customer service along with a great product at a competitive price. I had a residential alarm system with three security cameras and an interactive doorbell installed. After a few days of getting used to it, I can say that the system is very user-friendly. Right after installation, I had noticed that one of the cameras didn't operate well at night where it is located. They came back within a couple of days and replaced it with one that is better suited to its location. I am very happy with this system and the service I received.

    Repair on wired smoke alarm, refreshed older alarm system, provide wireless monitoring

    Rhoan responded to my service enquiry very quickly, he's very friendly, professional and was knowledgeable about my older alarm system that needed a repair and update along with providing me with wireless access on my cellphone. I now have an upgraded system that meets our needs and works again. Rhoan and Sheldon came onsite, did the work very quickly, great guys, very helpful, helped setup on my camera system to my cellphone as well. I would highly recommend Rhoan and his team, it was very good value for the money.

    Great Service!

    Rhoan is the man! He is very professional, came on time as promised and didn't leave until I was satisfied with the result. I had four cameras installed outside my house and he advised me the best position for all the cameras to make sure all the blindspots were covered. Would definitely recommend!

    Installation and upgrading and maintaining Security system

    The most amazing customer service ! Amazing systems that are individualized to meet your every need,,… I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and it’s owner. A million stars!!!!

    Security camera with installation

    Rhoan was excellent to work with. He responded promptly to emails and arrived as scheduled for install. The system was set up in a couple of hours providing the all around system we were looking for. The quality of the video is fantastic.

    Security system

    Security Cameras

    AWESOME CUSTOMER service !!! Rohan is knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped reset our cameras and had them up and running on our devices in no time, he was very professional and I would definitely recommend him.

    Updated security system

    I reached out to Homestars to find a new security system provider after having the same system for over 20 years. I had the option of sticking with my same provider, going to an alternate provider that was used by my family member or try someone new. I was keeping an open mind to what route we were going to go, and Rhoan promptly reached out and provided top notch advice on what options were available to us. He educated me on going with cameras, or just sticking with a traditional alarmed system. He also explained the options on having the system monitored or not. In no part of our discussions did I feel like he was trying to “push” a sale. In fact he was quite happy to offer a scaled back system and how that could work for our needs. I felt comfortable with Rhoan, I felt he was honest and sincere, and I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable. The installation was also excellent and very professional. The other companies that I reached out to? One wouldn’t return my calls. The other gave me a 3 word sentence email response “$40 per month”. I would recommend Rhoan his company to friends and family in a heartbeat. Thanks so much Rhoan!

    Installed cameras

    Had 5 cameras installed. The service was professional and price was as quoted. I like that they were willing to install a set of cameras that I bought on sale, though it turns out to be the same brand as the company normally recommends anyway. I prefer that as I know exactly what I am getting. Some other companies only want to install their own.
