I want to say thanks to Scott. you are my hero who helped me to deal with the huge leakage from my water heater. I knew that they offer emergency services, however, I never knew that I would need them. Their plumber came very quickly, inspected the space, and did some tricks with the unit. Broken responsibility is on you, lol. thanks for fixing it.

My boiler truly started frustrating me when it kept switching off for no reason, at least, it seemed to me so. I called the Superior Plumbing and Heating, and requested their technician. I was shocked because there were both a faulty thermostat, and debris to clean up. He managed to repair it all, and shared the measures to prevent the same in the future. Thanks.

Loved the courteous team members who helped me with me sewer backup repair. The work was done promptly and everything was left clean. So I will definitely recommend for them.

Love the 24/7 service whenever we have any unit issues in our restaurant. Superior Plumbing & Heating is a cool team that can also cheer you up during the work. I have experienced zero issues dealing with them. Besides they charge not so much compared to their industry counterparts.

I had a major leak in the bathroom, and decided to call the Superior Plumbing & Heating for an emergency plumber. Thanks god, I Have a private house, unless I could organize a nice swimming pool for my neighbors. Thank you guys for helping me.

Typed the Commercial boiler service near me, and encountered Superior Plumbing and Heating. Requested the repairman for the next day. They came on time, fixed the existing issues, and recommended maintenance. no complaints!

Extremely frustrated with management and customer service. Had a job completed after 3 days of rescheduling and no communication or updates from the office. I had to call numerous times to confirm if they are coming or not. after their second cancellation was told they would come next day between 2-6. plumber shows up 10 am no call beforehand. thank goodness I was home. I was told we would receive the plumber report for insurance that evening once payment received. Paid in full and have had to chase them for over a week to no avail, to obtain the report to submit for an insurance claim. Every time I call I'm told they will look into it, they are busy. No one could put me through to a manger because "she comes and goes, we don't know when she will be here". Given a general email to reach the manager Kait. Then I get a email with a vague report of the leak which I cannot submit to insurance. Asked for the report on letterhead and was sent the same vague "report" on a blank pdf. No letterhead. Easily something I could have created on my own and unacceptable to insurance. Up until now I have not received a legitimate report, nor has anyone reached out to provide any info or update on this. if you require work done that may need an insurance claim, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They only care about getting payment and once they do... too bad for you.

Same story as others - the 'plumber' who showed up didn't seem to have any knowledge of plumbing. He didn't know the names of the parts or how a toilet works - couldn't answer simple questions. They came to my house for small leaks from two toilets. They told me both leaks were unfixable and the toilets needed to be completely replaced. Their quote was ~$3,000. They refused to even attempt a repair. I called a second plumber who fixed both leaks in one hour for $150.

Had drains clogged because of the food, and could not fix the issue. Called the Superior & Heating. They did their job fantastically, but most importantly very quick. Thanks a lot.

They took the time and care to complete maintenance of our boiler. We will undoubtedly use Superior Plumbing and Heating again because their service team is so great and reasonable price. Would recommend them.
