Asif was a responder on Homestars to my request for providers to solve a problem with mice in my attic and basement. After our initial phone call, we found time on a Sunday for him to come over. Asif was very thorough and explained in detail what was to be done. We also did an external inspection of the house for possible infiltration points. Its only been a few days but we have yet to hear any scratches in the attic. Was great working with him and would highly recommend him.

I purchased an investment property earlier this year and I was a bit skeptical as the house is over 100 years old. I initially had Asif come by in February and since, have only called him or referred him for my family/friends needs. Asif has always been on time, very thorough, meticulous and you can tell he really takes pride in his business and making sure his customers are satisfied with his services. He calls back to make sure you are happy with the job, to review the results of the work done and most importantly keeps track of previous work completed, to make sure there isn't a repeat of exposure. The most striking thing is how Asif will call give helpful, free and cost-effective advice for preventative measures and to make sure the customer does not have the same issues over and over. I had some pavement ants that made it into my kitchen and outside in the garden I had some mice, wasps and mosquitoes. All the other companies I contacted were offering separate programs for each of my pest issues but Asif was very knowledgeable and offered me a customized plan for my issues. He offered me a reasonable price to take care of all the pests around my house. He showed up the next day and very professionally took care of the issue. He was also patient and answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice. I would definitely recommend him!

I'm so glad I found this company, Asif was very knowledgeable and quick to get the Rat infestation taken care of. Now there are no more rats in the house attic, the price for the service was very reasonable. I will be using their service in the future and completely recommend them.

Asif did an amazing job handling the situation in our garage. The garage was thoroughly disinfected and sprayed. It’s so clean now. We had emptied almost everything from the garage prior to his arrival. Asif removed the remaining things we didn’t think needed removal such as rakes and hockey sticks and paint. We we able to inspect the garage prior to payment and honestly I couldn’t find any surface, such as built in shelves, that hadn’t been cleaned. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Asif did a fantastic job dealing with a rodent issue I inherited from a previous owner. He was professional, on time, thorough and did numerous follow ups for me under the original contract. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Couple of months ago all of a sudden I noticed some ants appear in my kitchen and powder washroom.
