    Limewash bedroom

    Ivan and team did a fantastic job limewashing our bedroom. They were thorough with great attention to detail and communicated well throughout. We love the final effect!

    Full Condo Renovation

    Ivan was really great to work with and Im so happy with my overall renovation. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, and was willing to try new things to make my vision come true (like the tile floor transition). Some of the final finishes got a little rushed as our timeline came to and end as some of the materials caused delays. Having a contractor with an engineering background gave my condo manager extra confidence when I was asking to take down some walls in my unit.

    Great job

    Ivan and his team are great. They were respectful and courteous. Did great work and cared about their quality of work as if they were working on their own home. Special thank you for a job well done to Mauricio, Shorty and Raul. You guys are awesome

    Excellent work!

    We have an older Toronto home and were renovating a bathroom. Ivan not only did a beautiful job on the tile and finishes, he fixed some structural issues, and had some great design ideas as well. On top of that, he's great to work with, flexible and easy to problem solve issues with. His knowledge and creativity with older houses is fantastic, as well. I hired Ivan after having to let another contractor go, who clearly didn't have the skills to do this job. I couldn't be happier!

    Bathroom addition

    Ivan is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Super professional, knowledgeable and with great ideas to complement our plans. A pleasure to deal with. And that is hard to say when you are dealing with construction in your house.

    Storefront Facade

    Ivan and his team came and transformed our old Toronto Storefront. He helped to design the layout and installed the siding and lighting fairly quickly and efficiently. He made our old storefront beautiful!!!!

    Home Renovations

    Ivan and his team did an amazing job in my house. Even though he is a general contractor, he was able to also design the look of my living room. He exposed and built out my brick chimney, built a wood mantle, picked up and installed the décor, opened up walls, placed exposed beams, and helped me with my many questions along the way. Very happy with the experience and results!

    Complete exterior home painting and siding

    Ivan and his team were awesome. They work extremely hard and take care of your property when they need to be close to your garden or windows. I recommend Ivan for any project you may have. I will be looking to have Ivan complete any project I may have in the future.

    Basement reno

    Ivan and his team are amazing. Lots of detail in the quote. They came on time every morning and worked efficiently and steadily. The work met my expectations. The job ended on time and there were minimal extras. Highly recommend this company.
