Punctual, efficient, conscientious job, with full clean-up. Jack initially quoted on a job for our house 9 months earlier, but we put if off. He returned to give another quote on an altered version, keeping to the same basic pricing. Made sure that all branches that could cause a problem were removed, and demonstrated skill in ensuring that the cutting was balanced.

Excellent price, knowledgeable and quick removal. My neighbor was so impressed he hired Jack for the removal of a huge Buckthorn that had spread over 4 properties and several power lines. Watching Jack navigate the many branches and hoisting the limbs was amazing. It was dangerous work- a true professional!

Jack was courteous and kept me informed on arrival date. I was pleased with the work that was done.

I contacted Jack of all Trees in December for removing dead branches from a Norway Maple. Jack responded to the request and I sent some pictures. He came and viewed the work and provided a quote. He continued to follow up (pleasantly persistent) about when I would like the job done! The work was scheduled and completed as agreed and on time during a cold January day. Jack and his crew were pleasant, did a good job, left a clean work site and invoiced as agreed. I recommend Jack of all Trees.

We called several tree companies in October 2023. Only Jack of All Trees responded to our call. Jack came and inspected our tree in November 2023. He gave his opinion about our tree and recommended an action plan which is 1. Use power washing to wash the affected area, and then 2. Scrape off the soft scales without damaging the bark. He also gave us a quote for the job. We asked him more questions about the tree and the action plan he recommended, and he answered our questions. He also said if we choose to do the job ourselves, he would answer more questions that we might have. It was quite pleasant consulting him and getting opinions from him, in this matter regarding our tree.

Was very happy with the work done at my home. They were very professional and have great expertise in their field. The crew was courteous, caring and meticulous. Jack, is a great communicator, he always answers his phone and follows through. They made the entire process seem effortless. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I was impressed with Jack of all trees. Jack and his crew were polite, efficient, clean and tidy. Jack was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs a good arborist. I will definitely use his services again.

I met Jack from Jack of All Trees for a quote on the removal of a Red Mulberry tree, the pruning of a Norway Spruce, the pruning and trimming of multiple Eastern White Cedars and the pruning of a Norway Maple. He arrived at the designated time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He took a closer look at the requests and advised me of what could be done and took some pictures for preparing the quotation. After receiving his quotation a few days later, my wife and I found it very competitive and decided to go with JOAT. Jack had to postpone our designated date a couple of times, not due to his part but from weather and the amount of work theyve had to complete. When Jack and his crew showed up they went straight to work. The crew was courteous and professional when trimming the trees. There were a couple of high branches which I would have liked trimmed but werent, based on Jacks expertise he felt to keep the tree healthy they shouldnt be cut. They all worked in a proficient and timely manner and also ensured that all the tree branches and debris were cleaned up. I would highly recommend JOAT.

We found out Jack and his crew because they were doing work on our neighbours yard. As a result of the work and the positive review provided by our neighbour we engaged them for work on our property. They were courteous, professional, worked hard, and cleaned up everything beautifully. Especially important, as a mom, no swearing on site! Highly recommend!
