    Electrifying Service and Skill!!

    My wife and I have nothing but high praises for Kyle and electrical services business. This is our first time using homestar and very much appreciate this forum to find good quality contractors. Kyle fits this very well. We did a competitive bid for kitchen remodel electrical services which require a number of different re-wires, installations and panel service. Right from the start, Kyle took the time to come and spec out the work and gave advice on what could be done. Very easy going and took the time to explain the work. We chose Kyle for the professionalism he displayed not for the price. We paid slightly more his service and it was worth every penny. The biggest thing you will notice with Kyle is his attention to detail. He knew with a brand new kitchen, things needed to lined up exactly and finished correctly which he did. The picture below is how Kyle lined up a whole series of new pot lights exactly to spec to maximize lighting as well as esthetics. No holes were required. This is a Master Electrician!! Thank you Kyle for making our new kitchen a reality and your part in this renovation was crucial.

    Bathroom Vent Repair

    Kyle did an excellent job fixing the venting on our bathroom fan! He was so kind and well prepared, arriving early for the job and keeping us updated throughout the process. We will definitely be calling Kyle again!

    KV Bear Electrical is the Best in the Area

    KV Bear Electrical was hired to install a new Tesla Charger in our home. Upon his inspection of the job he had found that our old electrical panel was dangerously old, with some signs of arching. We are GRATEFUL for his knowledge, we had them upgrade our panel and install our Tesla Charger. If it weren’t for the professionalism of KV Bear, we may not of had a home for much longer. The work was done quickly, professionally, and looks great! We will be using KV Bear for all our future projects and recommend them to anyone!

    Kitchen lights

    I am very pleased with KV Bear Electrical! Kyle came out the very next day after my initial call and fixed the issue quickly. He is very knowledgeable and I will definitely use him again if I have any further electrical issues.

    Electric panel replacement

    Kyle replaced our 1960's multiple fuse boxes with a single circuit breaker box. From our first conversation and initial meeting to the completed work everything was explained, questions answered and scheduled times met. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and Kyle's professionalism. We recommend KV Bear wholeheartedly.

    Pot lights and undercounter lighting

    Kyle is a great honest electrician. He was slightly lower than the other electricians I had consulted but my gut feeling paid off. He explained everything clearly and did exactly what he had said, even lowering the cost and performing certain things free of charge. Very professional and knows his trade well. He is such a great nice fellow and my instinct was right about him. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this professional with many years of experience. I would suggest giving the small companies a break since they are not complacent and have integrity in their work. Thanks Kyle!

    Replaced old breaker panel

    Kyle from KV Bear was great! Very professional, clearly explained the process and arranged for the Hydro disconnect/reconnect and inspection. Replaced an old breaker panel (no longer made) with a new Siemens one with some minibreakers so I have space for future renovations. Work looks great, very clean and organized. I'd recommend KV Bear Electrical to anyone with electrical needs.

    House Service Upgrade

    For a while now I've wanted to upgrade the service to my Bowmanville home to 200amps to power a future hot tub and woodworking shop. I've heard about Kyle and KV Bear Electrical from a couple people now, who just raved about his quality of work, speed, and cleanliness; so I decided to give him a try. From the first visit/ consultation I felt like I was in good hands. Kyle was very personable and was able to explain my options clearly, and in a way I could understand them. His prices were very reasonable too considering the work involved. The job was completed very quickly; however, still Kyle made sure everything ran smoothly with hydro. My new panel looked very neat and professional. Kyle even made a point of cleaning and vacuuming the areas he had to work. I would highly recommend KV Bear Electrical to anyone and will be using then again!
