I had a furnace concern starting last winter, and decided it was time to replace the furnace. Sarah was quick to assist me in all facets of what I needed and definitely went above and beyond my expectations, and staying competitive in terms of pricing was a plus. Installation took place very quickly, and these guys did a good job. I'd definitely recommend Absolute Heating & Cooling Inc to do your furnace replacement!

The job was completed very efficiently and on-time. I did not like the idea that I was dealing with a different installation company (Eco Star Home Services Co.) than the one that I initially communicated with via HomeStars (Absolute Heating and Cooling Inc.), plus more than one contact to receive critical information (e.g. warranty, invoice, receipt, etc). I also did not like the fact that because I wanted early assurance that the Tankless combo Water Heater/Boiler was registered for the warranty, that I had to make the call to the manufacturer myself. I have recommended that these companies work to make the process more seamless and efficient, and wrap up the warranty registration as soon as the job has been completed. I was hounded for payment, but the installation company did not feel the same kind of urgency in registering our warranty.

Very prompt and very professional. My only negative comment is that they made a bit of a mess removing the old AC unit that I had to go and clean it up. But I've had AC for a month now and it has been working great.
