I recently had the pleasure of working with OPC for the renovation of two washrooms in my investment property, and I couldnt be more impressed with the results. After meeting with five other renovation companies, OPC stood out not only for their competitive pricing but also for their exceptional service. From the start, their designer Lisa was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly articulate. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable with each decision before moving forward. The teams professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the project. They completed the renovations swiftly without compromising on quality, and the end result was nothing short of stunning. Both washrooms were transformed into modern, functional spaces that exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was their commitment to staying on schedule and within budget, something that is rare in the renovation industry. New covered deck, stamped concrete heated driveway and walkway.
The retaining wall for the walkout basement in our backyard was poorly built with inadequate drainage, so it was falling apart due to erosion. Our cedar deck was also built into the retaining wall and it was coming off the mooring supports which meant it might eventually collapse without intervention. We hired OPC Group Inc to help with managing the various trades and companies required to do a stamped concrete retaining wall, walkways, heated driveway, embedded LED lights, mineral based composite deck with a flat roof, lighting, ceiling fan, infrared heaters, and a natural gas concrete fire table. The building permits were approved quickly, but the City of Toronto dragged its heels on providing a permit to remove a tree that posed a danger to the construction and our house. It took over 8 weeks for approval. The final results are in the photos and it looks great. Thank you to LIsa & Dom for taking care of our landscaping project and ensuring it was done to our satisfaction. We love our new outdoor space.

Replacing Railings on Century Home
We needed to replace railings on the front of our older home and wanted something that wouldnt look too modern but would fit in with the brickwork and house colours. After conferring we went with custom steel railings wi5 a copper finish. We were very pleased with the final outcome but in general the great workmanship and final product

Complete House Remodelling
We had a complete repurposing of the house into 2 units for family. The roof was lifted and additional square footage added on the top floor. We also had 2 kitchens put in. The house required plumbing and electrical changes as well. The quality of work was excellent and OPC lined up all the trades very well. They had good ongoing communicatio with us throughout the project.

3rd great reno with OPC
Just finished my third reno with OPC. Once again Lisa and Dominic were on time, on budget and right on the mark. They take care of all of the details and make it a stress-free process with a great outcome. I would use them again without thinking twice. Thanks guys! SP. Cedarvale.

Bathroom renovation
I had a wonderful experience with the OPC Group. Everyone was very professional and answered all of my questions. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to do renovations.

Front of house update
We wanted to give the front of our house an update. We chose OPC to help us. Lisa and Dominic were great assets when it came to material and vender selection. The outline of the work to be undertaken and the costs were clearly laid out with an easy and fair schedule of payment. Workers showed up when they said they were going to and the project progressed very smoothly. When a problem did arise, OPC was very quick to address it. We are very happy with the results and our contractor selection.

House Reno
Thank you OPC for a smooth process and beautiful results. Dominic and Lisa provided quick responses and good advice to all the questions I had. They ensured to stay within my budget and helped me save money in the long run. I will be working with OPC on all my future projects.

Main Floor and Kitchen Renovation
OPC were amazing to work with. Communication was fantastic, and the quality of the work is top notch. The team completely transformed our main floor - including the install of a totally new kitchen - and they did it all on time! I would recommend these folks to anyone...we couldn't have been happier.
