I wanted to replace my current sump pump as it was over 20 years old and also install a back up system. Adam came over and discussed everything with me. Explained to me what was needed to get done and gave me a quote for the work. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Great to deal with! We scheduled the work to be done a few weeks later Install was done by Malcolm. He was also awesome to deal with. The job was completed exactly as we discussed. Malcom did a great job on the install and Showed me everything that was done and explained how it works. He also cleaned up so there's was no mess left behind. I am looking forward in the next couple of weeks to having all 3 bathroom vanities replaced plumbed and installed by Adam and his team. I would highly recommended Orella Group for your plumbing needs!

They reached out to me and were very easy to book a service call with. When the service provider came he was so friendly and provided all the information I needed to make a decision. I decided to go with them for the job, installing a water line to my refrigerator, and it was done very quickly and he did a great job. No complaints, will contact them again for future work.

Master bathroom tub was slow to drain. Had a leak from the ceiling. Malcolm gave a step by step plan on how to figure out the leak. Replaced a few items but leak was still there. Last resort was remove part of ceiling. Malcolm found the issue. A crack in the trap was causing the leak. Installed a new one, the leak is now gone. He also replaced our kitchen faucet. Malcolm is very knowledgeable and kind. He explained every step he was taking. My husband and I knew we were in very capable hands. We will definitely be having Malcolm back to the house for any of our future plumbing needs.!!

I reached out to Orella group with a concern I had regarding a leak. They worked to accommodate my schedule even though they were fully booked. Came out and provided excellent advice and assurance. Won't hesitate to reach out again should the need arise.

I had a leak in my shower faucet which needed the cartridges replaced. Orella Group was busy, but found time to fit me in to resolve the issue. Jack was a very professional and knowledgeable young man. He replaced the cartridges and answered all of my questions. The cost for the service was very reasonable. I highly recommend Orella Group.
