Install or renovate bathroom: Painting of walls and cabinets, recau...

We hired Santiago and the Montemayor team to do a cosmetic renovation to our bathroom in August 2025. We got very busy in the interim, but I wanted to leave a review expressing how happy we were with the work. Previously, we had an electrician install some new lighting and move/install some fixtures, all of which left a lot of holes in the walls. We needed Montemayor to do a significant amount of drywall repair, as well as paint the bathroom walls and cabinets. Additionally, we needed help mounting a sizeable mirror cabinet. In the end, the work was carried out quickly and professionally, and we are super happy with our modern, clean, and well-lit bathroom! We will definitely be enlisting Montemayor again for more renovation in the spring, and highly recommend them.

    Home renovation

I have worked with the Montemayor General Contracting on two major projects, basement renovation and full kitchen renovation project. Each project has gone great from contracting through execution and end of job. The process to obtain the quote, schedule the project and complete the work was smooth and stress free. The quality of the work was outstanding and everything we asked them to do was completed in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. Because the Montemayor team has consistently delivered a great renovation and remodelling experience I have just contracted my next project with them, a second floor remodel. I highly recommend Montemayor General Contracting.

On time, on budget, friendly crew

The work was professionally completed with great attention to detail. The crew was wonderful. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house even if we were not home. The quote they provided came in on budget. Any variation was due to my own requested upgrades above my original plan. They were punctual every morning and overall completed the project as per the scheduled date. Very good experience!

    Kitchen renovation

I want to express my appreciation to Montemayor's team for the renovations done at my home last month. The workmen arrived punctually each day and conducted themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. People were absolutely great! The quality of the materials and the skill of the workmanship were exemplary and I am quite delighted with the results. It totally renewed my faith in being able to complete home renovations without worrying about hidden costs, unreliable contractors, and projects that take forever to complete. I have a beautiful kitchen now that I absolutely love! I have proudly shown it to family and friends, all of whom have been impressed. Their comments are filled with praises which echo my sentiments exactly. Please convey my gratitude to everyone involved for making experience positive and thank you once again for exceeding my expectations.
