    Sprinkler Installation Service

    Tedot’s Sprinklers is a excellent service people and price. People are so cooperative and friendly. They don’t look only for their time and money but more focus on customer service.

    Sprinkler System installation

    I found Ted and his foreman Darryl to be totally inconsiderate & uncaring due to a faulty installation of the valve on the system. I had to call them multiple times to get them to come. Even while installing the system initially they made mistakes and had to redo some parts of it. Because the installation took extra time they were in a hurry to leave and not come back the next day to make sure that the system was was working properly. When I called them about the leakage it took them about 10 days before they finally came and fixed the faulty valve. The leakage from the valve hiked my water bill to double what it normally is. When I reached out to Ted and Darryl they categorically told me that they are not be responsible for the leakage of the water Personally I found both Ted and Darryl only interested in getting the $$$ but not at all interested in basic customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. Anyone wishing to know more details are welcome to contact me for any clarification & details at vgopal2012@gmail.com Installation done on May 16th Called Darryl about leakage on June 10th Text msg from Ted recd on June 22nd Came and fixed the issue on June 24th The water leakage was from May 16th to June 24th and both Ted & Darryl would not accept that the increase in the water bill was due to the leakage. The text msgs confirming this are still on my phone

It is unfortunate that we could not come to an agreeable solution. -Though the installation did take extra time and everything was completed, our team came back the next day. This was upon your request just to see the sprinklers work during the day which we accommodated. -To be clear, you contacted Darrel on June 10th about water runoff near the curb a month after installation. Darrel had asked a few troubleshooting questions as it is common with sprinklers to have some runoff at the lowest sprinkler heads due to low head drainage caused from residual water in the pipe after the system is turned off. -We waited for a reply, on June 22 you texted and told us that it didn't seem to be from residual water in the pipes. We came on June 24 (2 days later, something we pride ourselves with as we came late in the evening to ensure everything was ok) -Upon investigation, we immediately found that the valve was defective from the manufacturer (which is rare and we replaced immediately under warranty). -We've accommodated all your requests, fixed everything in a timely manner, it seems you are still unhappy because we could not agree on a fair dollar amount for an increased water bill (which we still have not determined how much is from the leak caused by faulty material from the manufacturer and how much is from regular sprinkler usage). We are disappointed that you feel we are deserving of this rating, as we feel we've been accommodating and fair throughout the process, but understand your frustration and hope we can come to a fair resolution.

    Fixed our sprinkler system the same day I called!

    We had no idea why our sprinkler system wasn’t working. I spoke to Ted on the phone and he gave me some pointers, and then sent Darrell over within an hour. Darrell tested the whole system, explained everything patiently as he did it, and quickly identified and fixed the 4 problems we had in different parts of the system (broken pipe, broken sprinkler head, insufficient flow, leaking pipe). It’s like we have a brand new sprinkler system now! I can’t recommend Ted and Darrell enough - if I could give them 20 stars, I would!

    Best Sprinkler System in town!!

    We were very pleased with Ted and his team as they showed much professionalism from the first phone call and the first visit to our home. We had a good feeling from the beginning in terms of Ted’s knowledge in the irrigation industry that we had the right team for the job. Ted precisely designed our project to best suit our lawn’s needs. His team lead by Daryl and accompanied by B were on time and worked diligently through out the day to complete the job. Their team work and ethic was impeciable. We greatly recommend Tedot to family, friends and neighbors. Thanks again Ted to you and your team as we look forward to continue to work with you to optimize our lawns water needs.

    Top notch sprinkler experience

    Ted and his team are in a class of their own. Competitive pricing. Superior customer service. Precise & punctual work. Creative irrigation design. Best of the best equipment and smart controls. Can’t go wrong! Highly recommended.

    Tedot’s Finest actually lives up to 10 out of 10!!!

    Tedot’s Finest was the only response I received from Homestars when I posted a request for quotes (I did already have 4 other quotes from other sources so this wasn’t really a problem). Ted responded quickly to ask questions and explain his quoting process. I began researching this company and found only a few reviews. All of the reviews were 9 or 10 out of 10 and that made me suspicious; nobody is THAT good. I continued talking with Ted over a couple of weeks, received his quote via text message and then requested he come out to the house to have a look. He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. We talked about zones, what specific features I wanted and agreed on the price. Ted did all of his research using technology before he arrived so he wasted no time at all when laying out the zones, measuring the flow rate and pressure from the hose bib, etc.. I was flabbergasted when Ted said he and his team were going to be on site for the installation at 0530; I asked if he could make it 0600 instead. I was even more shocked when they actually arrived on time and began working!!! The team doing the install worked tirelessly, answered all of my questions, followed my requests about the various bits of landscaping that had to be moved and put back and, most importantly, respected my property. After a long day, they were finished. All trenches were filled back in, sod replaced, landscaping replaced and, aside from the raised bits of sod from the trenches, the place looked like it did when they first arrived. Follow up has been tremendous. Anytime I have sent Ted a message with a question, he has very quickly called me back to discuss over the phone. He and his crew are the top of the pile on all accounts. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful of their client and property, respectful of their work. They all seem to enjoy the work they are doing, while still maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. I heartily recommend Tedot’s Finest for all of your sprinkler needs.

    Residential sprinkler system

    I called Tedot’s Finest to see if they would work with the irrigation system I was building. Ted was willing to both listen to what I had in mind and to work with what I had built so far. He provided valuable advise and recommendations to modify the design. He provided options to purchase materials and also to build the system for me. I chose the latter option as his price was more than fair. He not only built the irrigation system but programmed the Rachio to ensure success in having a pristine grass and provided excellent advice for watering strategies for plants and grass. He and his team are a pleasure to work with.

    Sprinkler system at front and backyard of the house

    Ted and team had provided us a great service. on time and completed the work on time. Ted is professional and has a thorough knowledge of the systems and his price is very competitive competitive with other major players in the market for sprinkler sysytem. He uses the best products in the market and provides answers to all your questions. Excellent communication from start to end. So happy with the service and work done. I would recommend Tedots to any one who is interested in doing any kind of sprinkler systems.

    Sprinkler installation

    I found Ted's company on HomeStars along with a few more, when looking for somebody to install a sprinklers system on our corner lot lawn. All of the companies I had chosen, had high reviews and all of them, of course, were busy people. However, Ted's super quick response times, his readiness to listen and hear (which are not the same thing), his deep knowledge of the topic, willingness to help, stood out right away. I decided to hire Ted and I do not regret. One can tell that this person and his guys do it not only because it is their job, but because they love it and they are proud of it. Obviously, the job was well done and I would definitely recommend Ted and his crew to others. And just a few points as to why I would recommend. First, Ted is highly knowledgeable and sharp. He could answer questions that no other contractor knew answers to, even though all of them stated they had years of experience this family business . One can tell Ted has done a lot of research, experiments, gained a lot of experience on the "field" and he doesn't just install sprinklers - he consults on why, what, where, how much, why not, provides options and so on. He can easily support his answers by calculations. This has impressed me. Second, the guy makes himself available to answer questions or discuss any topics, even after the installation is complete. Third, his team is super friendly, hardworking, attentive to details, precise, and empathetic. They arrived extra early on the day we had agreed on, worked all the time they were at our place, they were super cautious, when digging and patching back by hand, and left everything clean and tidy after them. Overall, great experience.

    Sprinkler system

    Spectacular from start to finish! Professional, knowledgable, creative problem solver, honest and a strong work ethic only begin to describe our experience with Tedot’s. Ted (owner) and Daryl (site manager) listened to our needs and created the perfect sprinkler system for our lawn. Their work was impeccable. By the end of day one, our system was fully operational and the grounds were restored beautifully. We couldn’t be happier!
