    Window replacement

    Reasonable follow up to confirm the estimate and installation schedule Site installers were friendly and efficient. They made some on site adjustments to finish the windows in a professional manner that matched our current casements and molding A nice job inside and out

    Patio Doors

    A little confusion between salesman and installer that resulted in an extra charge after we signed contract and made deposit. Overall satisfied.

    Love our new windows

    Love our new windows, service was great. Love Brian and Tammy, they worked hard and are a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!!

    Replacement Windows

    The whole process was very good. Met the salesman, received a quote, all done without any pressure or sales pitch. We did get other quotes and their price was very competitive! Once we agreed to go forward with the windows we were given a delivery and installation schedule that was met. The installers did a great job. Their installation skills were top notch and they were very careful of their surroundings and cleaned up after themselves. We are very satisfied and would recommend Rusco !

    Highly recommend

    Reasonable costs. Manufactured locally. Took about 8 weeks from quote to installation. Will use Rusco for any windows needed in the future. About $700 per window with installation and warranty.

    New Windows

    I was incredibly satisfied with Rusco Manufacturing from start to finish! Even the first call I made to get a quote Kim answered the phone and was so lovely and accommodating and came out right away to get my quote started. I was blown away with the quote she provided, very reasonable and came in under what I had budgeted for. The installers came in and did everything in 1 day, all new windows in my home and my sliding glass door. They were very respectful of my space and didn't leave any mess behind. I am so in love with my new windows it gave my home a total facelift! Thank you Rusco!

    Bungalow Basement window replacement

    Rusco Windows and Doors was recommended to me by a friend and the recommendation did not disappoint. They met all dates, from assessing and quoting the job to the final installation. I loved that they manufactured their own windows. The installation was done proficiently by two very competent and amicable installers, and I am very pleased with the product. Dealings with the office staff were also excellent. Altogether friendly and professional.

    Replacement window

    Very prompt and professional. The installation was done very well with scaffolding erected before I knew it and the end result was a treat with the work site completely cleaned up. I'm delighted to find Rusco and look forward to using their services again. Richard Holland

    Installers are great

    We are super happy with our new sliding door. The salesman is good and the installers are excellent. I specifically liked how the installers come before and measure your door and take a look before everything is finalized. The quoted price did go up after their inspection and a second time after some floor rot was found but the door looks fantastic and was done 100% right. The couple that installs are funny and and were patient with me asking questions and peering over their shoulders. Thanks Rusco.

    Front and Back Doors

    Love this company. The price was fair. We had a positive experience from the sales agent through to the installers. Everyone knew what they were doing and did it well. When Rusco said they would be here, they were. Would I do it again with this company. YES.
