    Front doors, full window replacements

    I've had Rusco on a number of jobs from replacing my front door on two properties to replacing all our windows of our home. Courteous service, quick installation and any minor concerns we're rectified immediately. I've referred them and will continue to do so. A great local company here in Northumberland County.

    Doors

    Replaced two front doors and one leading to our deck. Very pleased with the crew who installed them.

    Trustworthy and meticulous

    I am so appreciative of the folks at Rusco. All our exchanges were characterized by friendly professionalism. Communications were clear and solutions to my window challenges effectuated clearly and efficiently. What a difference my new windows have made in terms of insulation value, appearance, and ease of use. Wow! Even the installers were awesome. Couldn't imagine better.

    Window Replacement

    I reached out to a few suppliers for quotes including some of the companies that you see ads from all of the time. I contacted Rusco because we had family that had used them in the past. Some of the sales guys that came out wrote a number on a piece of paper. Some sent me an email with pricing. Paul came out, walked around the house and made recommendations including doing the installation differently than I was originally planning because it would require reusing the existing frames (which other sales people didn't point out). When he was finished he promised to get me a quote within a couple of days. That night I got a detailed quote that explained all of the work that would be done, all of their terms and conditions, etc. This was the first proper quote that I received. After negotiating between Rusco and one other company that I was considering I decided to go forward with Rusco. A few days after making the deposit, one of the installation teams came out to do final measurements. Due to Covid, the windows took a little longer than we expected (not much), but everything has lately so I can't blame them for that. When the windows were ready arrangements were made to do the installation. Due to heat and humidity they scheduled two days to do the installation for safety reasons. We were told the team would be here sometime between 8 and 9 am. They showed up at about 8:30. So far so good. Installation went really fast. The team ended up pushing through and had 7 windows replaced by about 1:00. The windows are fantastic. Not only did Rusco's installation team so a great job, the manufacturing team did a great job. For several weeks after the installation I would walk into a room and stop and stare at the windows, something that you normally don't even normally think about. We've immediately noticed a huge difference in the temperatures in the house, especially upstairs. Normally there is a few degrees difference between upstairs and the main floor. Now it is at most a degree. I would definitely recommend Rusco to anyone looking to get some windows installed.

    Impeccable work! The price was extremely competitive, the service start to finish made getting windows actually enjoyable! How does that happen? The product quality is five star.

    New door

    The process was seamless and the work was great. They took away all the old stuff, cleaned up the mess and the new door looks amazing. The installer was very professional.

    Replacement of bedroom window

    We wanted to replace a window at our 100 year old cottage. They were very helpful and accommodating. The new window was put in without a hitch and clean up after was great. We would definitely recommend this company

    Two patio doors and one sliding kitchen window

    Window installation

    Very well done. The workers stayed until the job was done. Excellent work. The windows are great and easy to open and close. I would recommend them to friends and family.
