Etgar was amazing , responsive, punctual and very knowledgeable. After describing my problem, he was able to diagnose the issue I was having, order the new motor and repair my dryer all in the same day! Our experience with Edgar was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repair. Edgar called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He inspected our dryer and showed us exactly where the problems were. He took the time to explain to us what was going on and answered our questions. He was able to repair our dryer there and then after giving us the cost. Edgar was incredibly friendly and we will definitely use him again!

Had replacement part on hand, which was absolutely fabulous that he was able to do the work all in one visit because he had the part. Efficient, professional, expert diagnosis and repair. I would recommend Edgar as a dishwasher repair man to anyone with no hesitation.

This is the second time I've had CAS in to repair an appliance. The first time was my oven and CAS did such a great job I figured I'd try them again. We had an annoying but intermittent leak in our dishwasher. While it was under warranty we had a tech out at least 3 times. He thought it might be the float switch, but he didn't seem to think he could really do anything about it because it wasn't actively leaking at the time. Once it was out of warranty I called CAS and Etgar came by to look at it. My, but he's thorough. The warranty guy basically looked inside, jiggled the switch, and scratched his head. Etgar (and his assistant) pulled out the dishwasher to check the integrity of all the connections to make sure it wasn't something else, then he disassembled the float switch and found a misaligned rubber washer where water might get out. He reseated it properly, added extra sealing to the inside of the switch, and there you have it. I was confident he'd solved the problem but I thought it only fair to wait a reasonable length of time (a month) before writing a review to make sure there was no reoccurrence. Not a drop. It was enjoyable to watch Etgar coaching his assistant through the process. He has what seems to be an encyclopedic knowledge of how appliances are built. I figured he couldn't know as much detail about my dishwasher as he seemed to about my oven, but I was wrong. I'm convinced he can fix anything.

We are very happy with the work done by CAS and would recommend them for anyone looking to have an appliance installed or repaired.

Etgar diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed the oven to my satisfaction with a new relay board. He was helpful knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him . He knew his way around Dacor wall ovens.

I cant recommend this company enough- Edgar and his assistant were wonderful. They were at my door at the specified time, had the part that they believed to be the problem, and were done in record time. They explained what they were replacing and how it ought to function so it wasnt a complete mystery to me. They turned something I was dreading into a very positive experience. Extremely personable and cheerful- call them and make your day!
