Excellent, quick response and service! Took care of raccoon problem is a quick, humane way. They also put protective cage on roof vents. Tech was excellent at handling the problem and explaining what they did to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend them!

First, I reported a problem with a weird noise in the attic, which turned out to be a bee hive, and I hired 24HR Pest Control, who helped me remove it entirely with prolonged treatment so they don't use it again to build a new one. Shortly after, I dealt with a skunk who created a den underneath our front porch. I hired them again to help with this problem, and I am happy to say it has been resolved in a humane way ensuring that the lives of the creatures were not jeopardized. In short, Colin and Yannick handled my situation professionally and promptly. I am happy with their service and recommend them. (Total cost is for both services)

Colin arrived very quickly, and installed an exit that prevented the squirrel(s) from coming back in, and also blocked any other access points that they may have been able to use. The squirrels in this neighbourhood are quite a problem, so I know I can contact Colin if I have any further problems. And what a nice man!
