We had a bat inside our home. Several pest removal services tried to locate it and had no luck. Collin and his team were able to get the job done. They are professionals and the staff were very friendly. They also did not leave any mess behind and Collin was very easy to communicate with to arrange for timing of the service. Would definitely recommend them.

Mother raccoon moved 5 babies to upstairs patio in the overnight. Colin and Yannick were able to quickly come next morning. We discussed strategies based on their expertise. The problem was solved. We appreciated their quick response, professionalism, and subject matter expertise. Would use again.

Theyve done everything for me in a very forested neighbourhood from placing Bait stations in and out of my home, never any issues with mice inside home, probably due to traps keeping them at bay outside! They have removed enormous Yellowjacket wasps nest, removal of rats nests in the depths of my backyard a few years back, not to mention a friendly, decent size rat that found itself trapped in one of my window wells last Summer. They caught it without hurting it and removed it by cage! Yannick and Colin are professional and a pleasure to work with!

Thanks to Abraham for finally taken care of our ongoing raccoon problem. After trying everything under the sun - bird spikes, coyote pee and another pest control company who just scared the raccoon off - Abraham not only snared the mom, but her three kits and cleaned up a growing mess on our balcony. I’ve dealt with my fair share of pest control companies in my time as a homeowner but can’t say enough about the professionalism and confidence with which this company took care of our problem and gave solid recommendations on how to address going forward. Will definitely use again in the future.

I heard baby racoon noise in my attic and called 24 hr pest control. They installed bent cover and one way door on the roof. When mother racoon gone, they got 4 baby racoon in my attic. Anthony and Yannik are very kind and well done. Thanks for the team.

We had a raccoon in our attice that it turns out had 6 babies! They were able to remove them from our attic, put metal covers over all 7 vents, fix one of the vents where the raccoon had chewed up and broke and water was getting in if it rained and then because our patio deck in the back had numerous areas where any pest, including a raccoon with babies could go, we had them "fence off" the deck so nothing could get in. They even fixed a stair on the deck that was broken when I didn't even ask them to. All of this and they didn't try to sell me the services they did which I appreciated.

We were awakened at 11:30 on a Thursday night by a loud noise on the roof and then scratching in the eaves / attic area. We went outside to see that the soffit had been ripped open under the front former and there was insulation strewn down the roof. We called that night and received a call back first thing the next morning and they were able to come over right away. Although due to snow and height of the roof we were delayed to the Monday to safely get someone up there, they cleaned up the immediate mess and we had a game plan to evict our large raccoon interloper. On the Monday, they installed a one way door and reinforced the other spots at the corners of all dormers that the raccoon could also breach. Things went quiet shortly after and they came back in a week, took the door out, replaced the soffit peices and placed mesh reinforcement to prevent re-entry. We have not had any problems since. Their customer service and responsiveness was appreciated.

A rodent emergency in the bathroom. 24Hr Pest Control arrived within an hour, on the weekend. Dylan was sympathetic, knowledgeable and effecient. Goodbye to the rodent. The supervisor called to make sure everything was OK. Thanks, from a satisfied customer.

Thank you Colin (owner) for climbing into the attic and locating the large male raccoon. Brampton Pest Control put in a one way door and the raccoon left. They put heavy gauge wire on the soffits and roof stopping raccoons from getting in again. I like wildlife but don't want them in my house. Great job Colin and will definitely recommend you to my neighbors. Shirley
