2 story, 3200 sq ft detached house. Doing our job for the environment. Inspection showed insulation varied from about 8" to 0, especially low in the front of the house, front bedrooms were always cold. NDS topped us up to 20" (R60 current standard). The technicians were very polite and professional and we continued our activities while they were here. They showed us before and after video and pictures, it's easy to see why it already made such a difference in the house. Walking upstairs used to be noticeably cooler, not any more. We have noticed too that even in this cold the furnace is running much less, one of the best investments an owner of an older home could make.

Each step was well done the first person that came to assess the existing insulation and I was invited up to confirm his findings. Luca was also very professional knowledgeable and friendly. The installation Team arrived and put down tarps to ensure there was no mess and were friendly, explained everything they were going to do and also were very professional. The entire job took just over two hours. Again I was invited to inspect their work. They cleaned after themselves and departed. The entire experience from the young woman that came to the door to Luca who went up in the attic to inspect and price the job to the gentlemen who did the work.

We were very impressed with the way the entire process was handled. The team was professional, knew exactly what they needed to do, and came in on time and finished by showing videos, describing everything that was done, and cleaning everything up afterwards.

From the sales to the installation of the insulation, they were professional, punctual and pleasant.

NDS Insulation did a great job bringing our attic insulation up to code. They were prompt and professional and were able to get the job done quickly after we booked.

The $3,000 is before rebates. After every rebate comes back we will have paid roughly $2200 taxes in. Alex and Saadi were great. The work was done like clockwork. Alex arranged for the pre-assessment so we could get the rebates from Enbridge, then the next day the insulation installation was organized and completed. We went from 6-8 inches through to 20 inches. The experience was efficient, the staff were helpful and pleasant, the house was as clean when they left as it was before they arrived. Great Job!

The canvasser, sales person and the two workers were very professional. They explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend to friends and family.

Work was booked and everything got done within a week. Everything was tidy and everyone took care to keep things clean. The guys were really professional and let us know everything that was happening. Our home feels nice and warm even after dropping the thermostat down!
