Great, courteous customer service. Luca explained everything they were going to do when he first visited to review what was needed, quoted the job, and explained the rebate program. Not your typical pushy type of sales guys that show up. Sam and helper showed up to do the work as scheduled. He also explained what they were going to do. They placed tarps on all flooring/carpets and vacuumed area when done. No mess. Techs were very professional. I would hire these guys again.

The top floor in the house was noticeably cooler in winter. We just had updated insulation and baffles in the attic installed. The difference is very noticeable . We are so impressed with the results. Also of note was how clearly the process was explained and how helpful and careful the company personnel were. We were so impressed with the experience from start to finish. Thank you.

Great job friendly polite contractors cleaned up after the job was finished just like they hadnt been here. Sam explained the process as he came through the front door and he and his colleague just got on with the job, very professional. I couldnt be more pleased.

It was a pleasure working with this company. Luca was extremely helpful in explaining all that was going to be done. This job was time sensitive, and he was able to come out right away and scheduled the work within a couple of days. The teams that came out were also very helpful. This was a fairly intensive process but they took the time to explain each step that was being done, gave progress reports as work was completed and patiently answered all our questions. Several baffles were installed to increase air circulation and the attic now looks great. It is incredible how much more insulation is in there now to bring the house up to current code. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends with older houses.

NDS insulation is a great company to work with from start to finish. All the guys that we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. Luca explained everything that was being done. The guys that did the insulation were friendly and the clean up afterwards was great.
