Amazing work and great customer service, would recomend to anyone who wants a good job

I came across Luma on the internet and liked that their doors were not the common doors you saw on everyone homes. I decided to take the chance and call them even though I had no experience with the company and had no referral. It worked out amazing as Alex was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. He was also super responsive. At the end I got exactly what I wanted. My front door looks amazing.

We ordered a new front door and garden door from Luma. The price was competitive, and the wait time was reasonable. The two men that came to do the installation were great. The house presented some real challenges, like brick-work around the door that was not level. I've seen lots of workers who would just put the door in off level if the opening is off level. But these guys really worked at it, cutting the brick with a diamond blade, checking and rechecking the fit multiple times. They stuck at it till it was right. They went beyond what the contract called for, even adding an aluminum capping above the door which makes it look "finished." A great installation job. They exceeded my expectations.

We are so pleased with the entire process with Luma Doors. Alex came out to our home in Ancaster and was very informative as well as confident that they would be able to solve our leaky door problem. The doors are incredibly solid and the innovative locking system provides heightened security. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very experienced and took care to ensure a perfect fit. I would highly recommend Luma doors and windows for all your needs!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new entry door. Alex from Luma Windows and Doors is amazing. Im super picky with what I want and Alex was so patient and understanding. He brought us to his warehouse and showed us all of the options which made it so much easier to decide on our amazing door. The installers Igor and Victor are extremely knowledgeable and very detailed in how they installed our doors. Took their time to make sure it was perfect. They were very easy to work with and very professional and clean with the removal and installation of the doors.. They also hid the alarm wires on the new door you will not be disappointed... Excellent company
