We just completed our basement and laundry room renovation with Yorkland Homes. Sergei was quick to respond to my email, review the renovation, provide a quote and timeline. Sergei and his team of quality tradesman made us feel like they were doing the reno in their own home. Every step of the renovation starting with the demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, plumping, floors, tiling and painting were done by tradesman who were professional, dependable and respectful of our home. Most importantly Sergei communicated project updates. Sergei and his team were very open to design changes. We decided to reconfigure our wood burning fireplace. I respect Sergei for being up front with us and letting us know that his team does not really do masonry work. He took the time to find and contact a masonry contractor in our area. I selected the same contractor based on reviews. Sergei and his team worked around the masonry to accommodate our last-minute design change and still completed the project within the timeline and budget. Sergei and his team went above and beyond for our basement and laundry room reno. Yorkland is a 10 star contractor and I would not hesitate to have Yorkland do additional renovations in our home or recommend Yorkland to family and friends.

Yorkland Homes did a fantastic job in completing our basement. In todays climate its difficult finding contractors that provide professional work. We could not be happier on how the basement turned out. Their workmanship and professionalism was exceptional.They were very responsive to all our concerns and requests. I contacted Serge to speak to him about a renovation on a possible house flip. He took time out of his day to give great advice! We haven't began anything yet, but so far I am very impressed with how quickly he got back to me on Homestars, answered his phone when I called, etc. What really impressed me was his advice that I may not need a General Contractor, possibly a manager would be all I need for my job. He was trying to save me money - most contractors would have insisted a GC was needed so they would have a chance at getting the job. Wonderful integrity!

Re-did our whole bathroom. We chose all tiling and toilet, bath, vanity, shower, etc… Sergei and his crew were timely and professional. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves everyday. He was also very accessible for questions and concerns. I have already used him and his contacts since.

We had a new house and they added pot lights to most rooms. Their work was very neat, and suggestions for how many and locations in each room resulted in well lite areas but not bright. We highly recommend them for their professional workmanship, neat, safe and end results.

My wife and I have used Sergei and team for our last two houses where we wanted to do renovations. In our last house, we had them finish our basement, did all of the flooring throughout the house, and renovated our ensuite bathroom. The renovations were all complete within a timely manner, and Sergei and his team were extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything we wanted, they did or provided their professional opinion and suggestions on better alternatives. Because of how satisfied we were with the job they did, when we moved recently we decided to call Sergei again to have them grace us with their skillset and professionalism again. Similarly, the ensuite bathroom was completely gutted and renovated beautifully (exactly how we wanted it), beautiful 12x24 tiles were laid out throughout our main floor/foyer, and we had them knock out our front foyer coat closet to expose our stairwell (this was an interesting project, as they needed to add a new foundation for a new railing/spokes) and refinish our stairs. Once again, Yorkland Homes did everything that we wanted, beautifully. This team is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, they communicate constantly with you throughout the renovation process (you always know whats going on), and they charge very reasonable prices for their work. I've suggested Yorkland Homes to multiple family members throughout the last couple of years, all of which have enjoyed their professionalism and service. I couldn't recommend this team more. You won't regret choosing Yorkland Homes to help you with your project.

The team delivered on all of their promises and very easy to work with. I have recommended them to 5 of my clients and few of my family members. Everyone was happy that I recommended them. Happily will call them again with all of my renovations needs.
