Jeff responded promptly to my service request and provided all required information. The appointment was scheduled relatively quickly and there was clear communication throughout the process. Jeff texted us (at my request) before arriving at our house. He assessed the work that was required and him and his team completed the job in a quick and timely manner. We were happy with Jeff's service for this request and we will be contacting Jeff's HVAC Services again in the future!

Highly recommend all the way! Jeff and team went over and above to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. Quality workmanship and wonderful customer service. We had our dryer revented, the old venting system removed and closed off, and a cold air exchange installed in the basement. The last item was a suggestion from Jeff and we are super pleased it is done. He was able to complete the work only a few days after reaching out. Super friendly crew and certainly plan to use them again. Price seemed great too!

Woke up on a cold January morning with no heat in the house. Reached out to HomeStars looking for help after trying several other HVAC service companies only to find the offices closed until later in the morning.
