We asked Dynasty to help us to tear up and replace a section of basement floor (under bathroom/furnace/laundry rooms), both to improve the floor and to investigate a pest problem from previous owners' neglect. This kind of problem required out-of-the-box thinking, improvisation and a lot of thorough examination. Luke in particular provided as much rigour and brainstorming as any contractor I've ever worked with in the Toronto area. He and his team were completely thorough in every facet of the job, and made sure that everything they did went above and beyond the codes and local standards. This included four inches of gravel and another four of concrete, removal of old storm drains and replacement of the sewer line. A lot of care was taken in load-bearing sections and with foundation footings. They also pointed out (without trying to upsell) that we may as well consider adding a backflow valve and indoor waterproofing, given the area that we had exposed. This led to a job that began with fixing a problem, but also resulted in two future-looking and major home improvements. The area is so much drier and nicer now - it looks, smells and feels better overall. I feel that these guys should never be without work in the GTA - absolutely recommended.

I asked Max and Luke to install a membrane on my basement wall to prevent it from leakage during heavy rains. They did an excellent and very professional job. It was a lot of digging in a tight place, but their employees worked very thoroughly, and managed to fulfill the task in less than two days, leaving the place very clean. The company has good equipment and knowledge to fulfill waterproofing projects. I do not hesitate to recommend Dinasty Renovation LTD.

From the 1st time Luke came to our house to inspect our basement leaking problem until his crew of workers finished the job, everything was done the way he told us it would be done. This company is reliable, honest and their prices are fair, considering the scope of the work they do which is very labor intensive. Time will tell if all our leaking problems are completely fixed but so far, we are very impressed with this company!

This company is in a class of its own. Luke was punctual, meticulous, knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. The team worked hard taking limited breaks and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They even stayed late one evening to get as much done as possible. We had a leakage in a basement, and Dynasty waterproofed a side of our house and installed a pump. The work was done quickly (3 days) and professionally. The team answered all our questions, advised on the better solution, tidied area after the work was finished. We are very happy, thank you everyone!

Quick response to my initial call for quote. Came onsite immediately to assess my basement foundation leak. Quote seemed reasonable and fair compared with others. Job was started/completed on same day and sheduled only days after my initial request, so very quick! So far, i am happy. Job was done neatly. Hasn't rained yet so not sure if successful but they assure me there is warranty so all good!

Dynasty did an excellent job from start to finish. They were the first to respond to my homestar request and came to the house within hours to give me a quote. Their price was on par with others but they also were easy to communicate with and book a day. The two guys were highly efficient and were able to clean out and seal the trench where we had a new drain put in. They were well equipped with the right tools to do the job efficiently. They also made small adjustments to the concrete and sealed the drain upon my request. Excellent work!

Company performed work as they promised, when they promised. Max & Luke supervised the work and performed the finishing touches on the work. They were always courteous and entertained my questions as the job progressed. I am by nature a meticulous person and they were always accommodating.
