I had a leak in my basement that never been seen in the cold room until recent heavy rains. The water was coming in through the wall and floor joint. I found Dynasty Renovation on HomeStars searching for professionals. I contacted Dynasty Renovation and we scheduled inspection appointment. I wanted a permanent solution for this problem and we went for exterior foundation waterproofing. The leak is gone ever since Dynasty Renovation did exterior foundation waterproofing. I highly recommend contacting Dynasty Renovation to resolve such problems.

Work was done well, and quickly with minimal down time and no screwing around. Joseph is a really hard worker ( he likes a lot of sugar in his coffee ) Luke always answered the phone when I called...that is a huge plus in the construction business.....Half way through the job we had to up the scope of the work, but the upcharge was fair and reasonable. We have a 100 year old house with a very narrow laneway and it was a difficult working environment. Highly recommend these guys !!

Luke and Max were great to work with. They quickly reached out to set up a consultation on site and we received a quote with the estimated costs and breakdown of the work to be done. We had a lot of work to be done and some challenges due to the backyard hill and fencing shared with our neighbour. Work itself also started soon after discussion of dates - the total time for the project was 1 week and they finished within 5 days. They did a great job with their team to excavate the area, lay out the gravel, set up the concrete forms, concrete pouring, clean up and installation of the french drains. Deeply appreciated how understanding they were and we communicated frequently to complete the project. Definitely recommend Dynasty Renovation for their work and will definitely reach out to them for any future work.

Very pleased to recommend Dynasty Renovations - very professional service and high quality work delivered. We live in old turn of century home and concrete stairs had worn right out. Luke was very prompt in quoting job (with now surprises on final price!) and quality of work by Matts was excellent including clean up. Luke and Max did a great job at water proofing the exterior of my house and installing a sump pump. They dug all the way to the foundation, and found the crack where water leaking in and repaired it. Then they water proofed the whole side and installed a sump pump. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with all the work done. The clean up was very well done too. After everything was done, they even helped me apply for the sump pump rebate.I would highly recommend Luke and Max.
