I had a leak on my kitchen sink which was leaking into the cupboard below. Luke from Dynasty responded to my request and after sharing a few pics we had a very good conversation on next steps. Luke's response was very timely and provided the cost estimate over the phone. He then arranged for Max to come over and address the issue the next day. Max was a very efficient in diagnosing next steps and advised on next course of action to replace the faucet. He went over to the local building supplies store and sent pics of choices and after my approval purchased and installed. His work was very quick and he ensure the work area was left as clean as he had found it. Max also communicated well and was someone who I felt very comfortable was providing me honest and cost effective info . He also did an inspection of another valve and spent a few minutes addressing that so I would not have problems in the future on that valve. I really appreciated this value added service . I would definitely put Dynasty number 1 on any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

They built a waterproof wall from groundwater. The work for me was carried out on time and exactly according to the technology! It is especially pleasant that I didnt have damages and violations of the front yard landscape on the site! I RECOMMEND FOR COOPERATION!

Very professional waterproofing service!!! Initial consultation answered all of my questions and discussed options in detail. Install was done on a subsequent date with excellent communication from the office. Crew of 4 performed the work and were professional, detail-oriented, neat and tidy. I want to thank Dynasty Renovation for the inner waterproofing! After the winter my walls were leaking inside and got damp. Max performed his work very professionally, in a timely manner and his priority was to ensure we were happy with the finished product for a reasonable price. I had a 84 foot basement that needed all knew waterproofing and they did it will no effort! They were very clean and efficient!

Maxim was the first to give me a very great price! I wanted to make another bathroom in the basement. he brought me pipes to the sink, shower and toilet + he made me a bonus: he filled the floor with concrete and brought me cold and hot water. And all this work was done in one day. I am very happy and on occasion I will turn to Maxim again.
