My wife and I own a home in Leslieville built in 1920.
The project involved replacing 1500 sq ft of hardwood flooring, installing 300 feet of 9-inch baseboard, sanding and refinishing 2 large hardwood staircases as well as refinishing our bedroom hardwood floor.
This was a huge undertaking, and we ended up hiring Hass Renovations based on reviews.
Not only was his price reasonable but he and his crew showed up on schedule every day until the entire job was completed.
His work was impeccable. The hardwood flooring involved removing several steel banisters, leveling the floor and installing matching nosing. Considering the difficulty of this job and our high standards (very high), Dawna and I could not be happier having chosen Jawad and his crew. Even Denise, who is one of Toronto's top decorators, is impressed and intends to recommend him. The only thing I would recommend is that his crew did more clean-up each day. Jawad is very honest and easy to work with.
