    Clean Energy Audit

    Tom was fantastic. On our initial assessment, our neighbourhood lost power for a couple hours. He was super patient and understanding and kept himself busy in town until power was back and he could complete the assessment. He answered my many texts and emails while trying to figure out which heat pump systems wed be getting to ensure we got the maximum rebate. Really was super helpful. Thank you!

    Home Pre-inspection

    Andrew was incredibly helpful and informative. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain and talk with me about all the changes I had questions about. I found him to be through and friendly.

    Retrofit Evaluation Report

    The energy audit representative who conducted the home energy audit, Andrew, was very thorough and knowledgeable. This property is tenanted and so it was important to have a representative who was both knowledgable and personable. Andrew dealt with the challenge of conducting an audit while dealing with multiple tenants seemlessly. I was so impressed that I am having him do several other rental properties as well. The report and tips he provided me with were important in helping me understand how to improve the efficiency of my home. Thank you Clearesult!

    NRCan Greener Homes Pre-Retrofit Evaluation

    CLEAResult's Residential Field Specialist Mr. El Ayoubi was courteous, congenial, knowledgeable and efficient. I learned a lot about where my house was porous and the various solutions available to me. I'm looking forward to his report and will certainly take him up on his offer of professional advice, should I have concerns about what the heating/cooling/windows contractors propose doing.

    Clean Energy Audit

    Talal came to complete an enery audit so we can access the NRCan funding for the Clean Energy Program. He performed a very detailed audit and answered questions clearly and helpfully.

    Canada Greener Homes Grant - Audit by CLEAResult Canada

    After applying for the Canada Greener Homes Grant to receive rebates for new windows and doors, I decided to use CLEAResult Canada for the auditing of my home. Connie from CLEAResult Canada did a very thorough audit of or home over a roughly 3 hour period. She assessed many areas of our home including windows, doors, air leaks, attic insulation, main wall insulation, foundation insulation, furnace, air conditioning, and hot water heater. She took many pictures and recorded many measurements. Connie was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. She performed an air leak test with a powerful fan and I was amazed at how many leaks were found! A very thorough and professional report was sent within a week. Based on the report, we decided to replace 12 windows with triple pane glass and ER rating over 41 to receive $250 per window. In addition, we decided to replace 2 hinged doors to receive $125 per door. As a third item, we decided to perform air sealing to receive further rebates. When all upgrades are completed we will have CLEAResult return for a final audit and we will then receive a $600 rebate to cover the audit costs. All in all we are very happy with CLEAResult Canada.

    I wanted to install Solar generation panels on my roof in order to reduce green house gases from the burning of fossil flues

    Government grant for green home

    Wanted information on best heating and cooling for my home. Received professional service from representative that help decide to go with heat pumps that are in the available grants.

    Excellent Service

    Thorough, knowledgeable and professional in conducting pre and post audits. CleaResult was very helpful in dealing with NRCan and their not so user friendly government website for reimbursement under the Greener Homes Grant.
