    Thank you

    just wanted to say thank you! Our living space is quite small, so for years we had the idea of removing the wall between the living room and kitchen and placing an island. Their staff were very easy to explain the concept to and knowledgeable. our living space looks nice and open now. It came out much better than expected. The staff did a very good job, and were very courteous and friendly with our kids. Thank you so much again, I will definitely recommend you guys.

    4 season sunroof

    Fantastic team! Kam and his crew exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased to recommend them to my family and friends. They completed the job in a good period of time and they are good people to trust around your home! You will not be disappointed with The Epic Builders!

    House and Basement Reno

    Truly grateful for choosing Kam and his team for the renovations we did! We rearranged the whole main level and made the basement a rental unit. Beyond grateful for choosing these guys, We highly recommend them!

    Major House Renovation

    The Epic Builders company went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, even accommodating last-minute design changes for both our family and us. They displayed exceptional patience and expertise throughout the entire process, earning our trust with their honesty and knowledge. After requesting quotes from several companies in Hamilton, we were impressed when this company not only beat the competition but also took the time to show us a recent job they had completed in person. The level of attention to detail they demonstrated in that project reinforced our decision to choose them. Based on our positive experience, we have no hesitation in recommending this company to others and plan to work with them again in the future. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service.

    Basement Renovation/ Main Level Renovation

    The Epic Builders did a perfect basement legal unit rental for us They also updated our main level with a nice modern look, thank you for everything Kam and his crew were great

    Demolition Main Floor Flooring

    Kam was excellent for my demolition needs. Our whole main floor was removed. Including the kitchen / kitchen tiles , hardwood flooring and baseboards. Price was competitive and timing was excellent!

    Basement Demo Complete Gut

    Kam and his team are fabulous! They were very efficient in gutting out my basement completely. They were on time with starting & finish dates. I highly recommend them for your demo&Reno needs !

    kitchen remodel, landscaping

    The team removed my 20 year old kitchen with every little destruction. the removed screws, moved the lower cabinet in large pieces, same with the upper cabinets, relocated the pumping, upgraded the electrical and panel, removed the backsplash and did minor repairs and leveling to make everything new function properly. The crew were professional, on time- highly valued their work and took their time to do things correctly. They tried to clean up, but drywall sanding is messy. months after they left, I was still cleaning up, but that is what happens with removing of walls to make the kitchen bigger. The landscaping was a time consuming project, removing old, dead dangerous trees, replanting of flowers, properly grading the soil, pouring concrete, leveling and proper water runoff, all took time, but the end result is fantastic. they have become my go to contracting company.
