This is the first time we are using Cesar (Matic Roofing) and we were not disappointed. Cesar first inspected our home and followed up with a detailed outline of what needed to be done and a fairly priced quote. Ours is an older home and we had some concerns over the integrity of the framing. Because of his vast experience, Cesar reassured us that the frame was in good shape and that if there were any unforeseen surprises he would let us know if it needed our immediate attention. Cesars team of Hernan, Ramon, Alan, Cristian and Serge removed THREE layers of shingles, installed both ice and water sealing wrap, all new vents, Certainteed Landmark Colonial Slate shingles, and aluminum flashing in the front of the house. This was done on a two story home in the sweltering hot sun. The job was done over three days and the workmanship was of the highest quality. Ramon and Alan also documented the whole process for us with videos and photos which I highly appreciated since I couldnt go up on the roof. Roofing is a messy job, but they left the premise spotless. Cesars team doesnt take shortcuts in their workmanship or the materials used. They are thorough and believe in doing the job right the first time. In fact, I did have one concern and they made sure it was taken care of before settling the bill. I highly recommend Cesar to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, competent, and client-focused roofer.
