We had a great experience with Ricardo and his team for our flooring and kitchen renovation in our condo. They worked diligently to ensure the project was completed on time and they provided updates weekly to show the process. We had a fairly smooth renovation, and anything that came up, Ricardo had a solution. Ricardo is always available for questions and is willing to help. The flooring and kitchen turned out excellent and exactly how we wanted it! Thank you Ricardo and team.

We cannot recommend enough hiring Live Design for your future job!!! Ricardo and his team turned a house we purchased into our forever dream home. We did an entire main floor gut, created an open concept kitchen, enlarged the main bathroom and renovated everything else in between. From our initial meeting, everything had been flawless. The finishes and work exceeded our expectations. Ricardo drafted up a design that we were able to customize along the way. Also, his job quote was extremely fair and fit our budget. We were updated with progress every step of the way and the entire job finished ahead of schedule. Ricardo is transparent and honest, something you don't see in this industry. Hands down a 5 star company and experience. We already know that for future projects, Live Design will be the one for the job!

Ricardo, Cesar and the rest of the team at Live Design delivered a brand new kitchen, including the moving of a window, and new bathroom. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and went over the "surprises" that were encountered with our options for rectifying these issues. Our kitchen now includes more cupboards, a pantry, a dishwasher and a built in desk. Our bathroom has much more storage and beautiful tile work. Very pleased with the outcome and the subsequent help with the little issues that have cropped up.

Ricardo and his crew did a fantastic job on my basement. After a terrible rainfall my whole basement was flooded. I reached out to several companies, and Ricardo prepared a detailed invoice with a very fair quote upfront. Overall, his crew did a great job. The work was completed on schedule and within budget. Ricardo was also available to discuss design choices and make changes as requested. I want to especially praise their attention to detail! Feel confident in hiring these guys for your reno!

Ricardo and his crew were outstanding! They delivered the project ahead of time and within budget, we couldnt be happier! The results were incredible! Just what we had envisioned! They went above and beyond our expectations! The crew worked while we were away and Ricardo was fantastic at keeping us informed with daily pictures. He also understood our requirements and our time constraints and delivered as promised (even ahead of due date which is unheard of!) We changed floors in our main and second floors. The floors no longer creak. We did closet demo, changed our bedroom doors and built a new bathroom in our master suite and a new walking closet. Overall very satisfied and 100% recommend!

We've worked with contractors over the years but NO OTHER contractor comes close to providing the quality of work that Ricardo and his team does. We're fortunate they did the work for us. Our laundry room, which really hadn't been touched in decades, was updated complete with built-in cupboards, new sink and quartz countertops. An old kitchenette in another room in the basement leftover from the '60s was torn out, and replaced with much needed floor-to-ceiling built-in storage cupboards with shelving. Some drywalling was necessary, and a new ceramic floor with baseboards was installed throughout. And, of course, a fresh coat of paint and new pot lights make a huge difference to the man cave, laundry room and office. Cesar and Renato arrived every morning promptly at 8:00 and worked hard throughout the day. They were very conscientious in ensuring things were done well, and were open to suggestions and provided suggestions as work progressed. Ricardo came by every day to oversee the project and to ensure his team had what they needed to complete the work. Once things were well underway, Ricardo rolled up his sleeves and worked hard alongside the others. They were all respectful and certainly a pleasure to deal with. There were a few unforeseen hiccups, as can be expected during a renovation, but the team was proactive and expert in providing the right solutions. Ricardo kept to a strict project timeline and aware of the budget. As mentioned earlier, we've worked with other contractors but these guys are the Best! We certainly do not hesitate in recommending them. They are a great company and team to work with, and they provide quality solutions and work.

My husband and I were so lucky to find and select Ricardo for a beautiful renovation project of our condominium in The Kingsway (Etobicoke). We are delighted to share our experience and would hire Ricardo and his team again without hesitation. Our renovation involved a complete overhaul of our master bathroom, installation of crown moulding throughout our condo, wainscoting, feature walls, new hardwood flooring in one of our rooms, painting, fixtures, and front entryway tiling. From the very beginning, our first meeting, Ricardo demonstrated exceptional professionalism, punctuality, expertise, and a keen eye for detail that transformed our vision/inspiration photos into reality. Ricardo kept in close contact, many times daily communication, and was very clear on any input that he needed. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges within our condo, that Ricardo could not have anticipated in advance, he managed to navigate these efficiently and without compromising on quality or extending the timeline. Throughout our renovation, Ricardo and his amazing and talented team maintained a high level of professionalism. Everyone was always punctual, respectful of our condo and the rules that come with condo living, and kept everything clean and organized. We will also call out one of his team members, Cesar, for having superb craftsmanship and true artwork style to his tiling detail. What sets Ricardo apart is his honesty, creative problem-solving skills involving you, offering the right solutions and a very keen eye for design that really works for us. His ability to blend practicality with style resulted in results for us that are both beautiful and highly functional. Overall, we are completely in love with our transformed condo, and beyond thrilled with the end result. We highly recommend Ricardo and his team for any renovation project. Their professionalism, expertise, knowledge, and 100% dedication, made our project smooth and enjoyable. Our expectations were exceeded and are truly appreciative!

Riccardo, and his team (Cesar & Marcelino) were wonderful, and worked very hard. We were walked through the process from start to finish, using architect drawings, picking our tiles, cabinets, countertops, and flooring. They came in treated my house as their own, very respectful and completely engaging and clean. I would recommend them to family and friends and anyone who asks me. I will definitely refer them and use them in future renovations. They were always on time, and they finished the work on budget.

Live Design did a great job with my one bathroom. Considering them now for the second bathroom.
