The work was done professionally and efficiently, and the issue was fixed properly without trying to upsell unnecessary replacement. Grashan and the crew arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and completed the repair neatly. Everything now looks secure and functions as it should. Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them to others.
