After purchasing a new home I quickly realized that my eaves needed to be completely replaced. Grashan was quickest to reply to my messages and visited my home the next day to determine the issues. He was efficient, fair and professional in his assessments. Provided me with the safest and most cost-effective options and, most importantly, was able to fit me into his busy schedule. From there, communication was quick and effective. He was honest about the extent of the work and was forthcoming that the job had potential to become costly due to some previous water/leakage issues that were left unmanaged. He reached out to me several days in advance to schedule the work. He showed up exactly on time at 8:30 with a team of four workers. When some issues arose with the state of disrepair of my new home, Grashan was quick to diagnose the issue and, on the spot, was able to fix it at a reasonable price. Despite weather issues, was still able to finish the job in a reasonable time frame. I cannot speak highly enough of Grashan and his team's quality of workmanship. **Note to buyer** His prices are also extremely fair, and he's willing to negotiate!

I hired the Eaves Pro for an average sized job. Rhe work involved pulling off the old eaves to replace with new ones. They also cleaned up well afterwards, which was great. Grashan even noticed some of the sofits pulling away and showed the area. Some companies will try to create opportunities for more work, but it was clear when shown that there was a problem. Highly recommended.
