We were very pleased with this company. We were contacted by Quick Fix Appliance within the day of contacting Home Stars. The response was fast and the technician (Jay) arrived at the given time. He went out of his way to solve the problem with the machine (multiple hoses damaged by a rat). Jay was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made the repairs quickly.
