Answer from pro:
Hello Franke, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad we could promptly remove the garbage disposal to meet your move-in deadline. Regarding the access panel for the tub: our technician consulted with you during the service, and based on the plumbing layout, it was necessary to cut tile to access the Roman tub faucet for replacement. This was done to ensure proper access to the fixture for the replacement. You chose to install an access panel but our recommendation was—and still is—to retile the area properly after the plumbing work is completed, as is standard when tile needs to be cut to access in-wall plumbing. We’re committed to making things right where possible and will continue to honour our warranty on the Roman tub faucet. Please feel free to reach out so we can discuss next steps for a proper tiling solution. Sincerely, The Crazy Plumber Team
