Repair plaster: Holes or cracks, Water damage
I am an architect and have very tough standards. Exquisite craftsmanship. On time and great to work with. They kept our house super clean and spent a lot of money, time and effort to hang plastic to protect our walls, floors furniture. Ivan and his wife Jessica fixed holes in the gypsum board ceiling after a leak had damaged it. While they were doing this they also changed all the lights in the fixtures that had gone out. They disconnected and reconnected light fixtures so that the new ceiling after it was restored and painted would look absolutely perfect. They assisted us in moving heavy furniture out of the way and then putting it back even better than before. They refinished our expensive oak front door and sidelights in the most meticulous manner. They sanded it all down restained it and varnished it with three coats, with admirable patience and perfection. They have wonderful personalities and were a delight.
