    Wrong diagnosis, extended wait with no power, double the amount of money, not finished. So today sept 9th after a discussion with the company, they still haven't applied for a permit ,gave me poor explanation for it and offer me a refund. I took the refund . My deposit for 2 quotes is 1365.25 ,one visit to the site and a refund of 628.04. I'm paying $737.21 for this service. So still no power for these people and start all over a week after to get a permit and fix this electrical issue. Not an happy camper!!!.So today because of my review they took the refund back. This is not right

As licensed and certified electricians, we are required by law to follow all safety regulations, including obtaining the proper permits for any regulated work, such as meter installations and utility service upgrades. This is not optional—it ensures the work is inspected and approved by the city for everyone’s safety. Unfortunately, in this case, the client was hoping to have the service completed before the necessary load calculation, permit approval, and inspection. While we understand the urgency, we cannot legally or ethically bypass these steps. To accommodate the situation, we issued full refund for the unused portion of the service, though we had already invested more than 2 hours (for 2 Journeyman Electricians) in the site visit and permit preparation. We regret that the outcome did not meet the client’s expectations. We remain committed to doing work the right way—safely, legally, and with integrity

    Very quick to respond, good quote, finished job quickly, very friendly, would hire again. Explained everything so that I knew things were done to code.

    Arzhang's response was immediate, and he arrived the very next day. He was friendly, professional, and resolved our issue effortlessly. We highly recommend Trigger Electric and will definitely hire them again in the future!
