Brandon called me shortly after submitted my repair request. Even on Sunday he explained he charged a flat rate. Brandon asked me to send photos so he could bring the necessary materials and tools. Brandon arrived on time to inspect the job. He explained the repairs and completed the necessary plumbing repairs which involved replacing the broken drain as well as attaching the sink to the counter which I hadnt noticed was never done properly. Brandon was friendly and professional.

Brandon was quick to respond to my request and was available the next day which was perfect for me. He is very personable and polite as well he knew exactly what was needed. He completed the work in a timely manner and explained everything to me very well. His price was very reasonable and he cleaned up after himself. We had a few fixtures moved in our bathroom and some new ones installed. BRM did a fantastic job with this and my bathroom looks amazing! Job was completely in a timely manner, Brandon was very flexible and answered any questions I had. Will certainly be using him as my plumber going forward!
