We hired Amin at Vanreno to replace a small section of engineered hardwood flooring in our open plan kitchen that had been damaged by a water leak. Right from the initial visit I was confident in hiring Amin as he was experienced and knowledgeable in this type of project and gave different possible solutions for the repair. We had an option available if we couldn't find matching floor pieces, but we were lucky to find a local place to buy a box of flooring that is a good match. The communications and scheduling were easy. The project was completed on time and the quality of work was fantastic. They had to do some extra work on the replacement (new) floor pieces to make them fit into the old flooring perfectly. The repaired floor section looks fantastic and fits in seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen. I am so happy that I hired Amin for this engineered hardwood floor repair, and we have already started discussing another project to hire him for. Thank you!

I am very happy with the experience of having my back fence and gate replaced. I like that when you ask for what they charge, Vanreno sends you a cost break-down from the start. And there were no surprises by the time the job was complete. Amin is super pleasant to deal with!

General contractor service: Renovation; Townhouse
We had a great experience with this contractor on our water-damaged unit. After taking over from the emergency team, they created a clear plan and followed it through, while also suggesting smart improvements and thoughtful renovation details. Communication was excellent throughout, and their expertise showed in every step of the work. They handled the project as a full general contracting job, including drywall installation, flooring installation, popcorn ceiling removal and flattening, smooth wall painting, and precise finishing details. We were especially impressed with the quality of the floorboarding, the seamless drywall, and the expert installation of recessed LED lighting and LED mirrors, all done with care and precision. The work was completed within the expected timeframe, with strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism. Unlike most contractors, Amin came promptly in person to discuss and assess the fence job, then provided a very detailed quotation for my review (Not all contractors provide such detailed breakdown of the costs). Work began and ended on the dates promised, and me and my neighbour are both satisfied with the work. - K Lau, Burnaby BC Update: noticed some discrepancy with the quoted fence boards quality vs the actual supplied. Wanting to clarify with the supplier for accuracy

Really great job on tiling and baseboard repair! They were able to silicone seal the tiles on our bathtub as well to make it leak-proof. They were very professional with the repairs and able to complete in a day!

House renovation: Apartment / condo
Good Experience – Kitchen Looks Better I hired them for a small kitchen update that included installing a new zinc (sink), faucet, and a backsplash, as well as some light full-service contracting work. They were easy to communicate with and handled the job professionally. The zinc and faucet were installed correctly and work great. The backsplash also looks clean and well done. I liked that they took care of everything without needing much direction. Overall, a good experience. I’m happy with how the kitchen turned out.

Kitchen Renovation Review We recently had our kitchen renovated by Amin and the team at Vanreno, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Amin visited our home promptly to assess the project and provided a detailed proposal and cost estimate within just a day or two. Throughout the process, he remained accessible and responsive, promptly updating the quote whenever changes were needed. Vanreno’s full-service contracting approach made the renovation seamless from start to finish. They handled everything — demolition, tiling, quartz countertop installation, backsplash, faucet and sink installation, and even refreshed our pantry. They also took care of all debris removal, which was a huge plus. Amin was extremely reliable with the project timeline, providing daily updates and a clear work plan for the next day. The team showed up consistently, without missing a single day, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Vanreno for any renovation work

Bathroom Renovations
Vanreno remodeled and renovated the downstair washroom, shower stall, vanity, mirror, replacing all the tiles and finally painting. Amin was the project lead and he and his team completed the job on time and on budget. Amin has a good eye for detail and he spent a great deal of time to give the final product a quality look. Amin was very agreeable to making a few changes requested. I am very satisfied with the remodeled washroom. Thank you Amin.
